We catered a party here and the staff were very helpful and polite. There were no extreme restrictions on what we could and could not do as far as the setup was concerned and we weren't bothered at all, even when it came close to the ending time for our eventWe catered a party here and the staff were very helpful and polite. The staff here is too phenomenal! I’d recommend this hotel for any event or regular stay! I came for a house flood and they completely made it feel like I didn’t even leave home! The staff is truly like an extra family! From Mr. Brandon to Ms. Shannon and Jaletha, Ms. Pauline and Mya, also the Ms. letty at breakfast and Ms. Leti and the entire housekeeping staff and definitely can’t forget about Carlos and Mr. Caesar who actually helped me fix my boot so I could go to work in the rain! The staff here is too phenomenal! I’d recommend this hotel for any event or regular stay! I came for a house flood and they completely made it feel like I didn’t even leave home! We had above and beyond wonderful service from Rolando at the front desk. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed. Great value.
