Wedding ceremony location was the star ! Wedding ceremony location was the star !
Great hotel, staff, location. Went for a wedding. Didn't stay in a room but used saw one. I thought the location and wedding ceremony location was really the star if the event. The cocktail area was a little small. Overal for a hotel it's a 5 star hotel, it has all the bells and whistles. Maybe add a mini fridge ? Great hotel, staff, location. Went for a wedding. Why does Google only allow 5 stars when you have to review a business like the Lenox? What made this stay exceptional was the staff. Attentive, fun, professional and committed to looking for ways to make your stay exceptional. Herman Miller chairs, really, comfortable beds & pillows and a great television and a perfect location makes this one of the best places to stay when you visit Boston. The water temperature in the shower was so hot you felt like you spent a day at the spa. Why does Google only allow 5 stars when you have to review a business like the Lenox? What made this stay exceptional was the staff. Attentive, fun, professional and committed to looking for ways to make your stay exceptional. It is the definition of a Boutique Hotel. Beautiful, comfortable, and cozy with a unique atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. There is attention to every detail. And there's a welcome gift that includes a letter from the manager, chocolates and a bottle of wine.It is the definition of a Boutique Hotel. I love this hotel, the signaure lobby scent is amazing, it is so cozy and inviting and the manager Brendan is a class act! The staff is friendly, and when I walk in the room I feel right at home, especially during the Holiday Season when I walk in and there is holiday music playing. I plan to continue staying here when I come to Boston I love this hotel, the signaure lobby scent is amazing, it is so cozy and inviting and the manager Brendan is a class act! Couldn't love the Lenox more. I travel to Boston often for work and it is always a pleasure staying there. The staff are incredible, the space is clean, I feel very safe there, and it's close to some of the best sights in Boston. Will continue coming back time and time again. Couldn't love the Lenox more. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate his 50th birthday! I called the hotel before booking to learn more about the area (we're from Vancouver, BC so it was a ways away!) Nick was so incredibly helpful at the concierge desk, suggesting things and booking things for me before I had even made my reservation! Beverly was also very helpful. So we started with a really great experience! And, our stay there was the same. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate his 50th birthday!
