My fiancee surprised me with a birthday celebration with many of my dearest friends from different eras. She really put a lot of work and the hotel staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful and courteous. The best birthday ever!!! Moxy NYC DOWNTOWN is the place to be. No more than 15 people though..My fiancee surprised me with a birthday celebration with many of my dearest friends from different eras. Check in went so well, Franco and Justin were phenomenal. Going above and beyond for us. Hotel was great, views were great and bar in the lobby was a lot of fun. Staff here makes the stay so worth it. Even gave us late check out since our flight wasn’t until late. 10/10 recommend.Check in went so well, Franco and Justin were phenomenal. Customer service was outstanding!! I wish I remembered all their names. They literally bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within walking distance to the WTC and 9/11 Memorial. There are also lots of great shops and restaurants in the area. We had one rainy day during our stay so we decided to just hang out at the hotel. We had the BEST time. The restaurant has great food options, great drinks, fun games, and great music. Truly loved this place and the treatment and attention from staff. It was not only to me, but I witnessed the nice treatment for others. It really was beyond my expectations, I had one small issue and they took care of it right away. All staff are heavily involved and friendly. Amazing hotel. Great service from the second they open the door for you. Key cards worked for all 5 nights, great lounge and basketball court on the 3rd floor, beautiful views, great furnishings in the rooms. Moxy on Ann Street is top notch.Amazing hotel.
