I went for a wedding reception and they had facilities for everything including a big prayer room. It was super clean and had ample sitting space. I haven't stayed in a room but I imagine they are amazing as well.The place is amazing. Huge parking lot, massive interior. They treated us wonderfully, sent a special gift on behalf of the hotel including a bottle of wine and more. Got late check out of 3 pm. Chocolate covered strawberries were phenomenal with the whip cream and a great serving size for only 10$ plus room services charges. A wonderful time!Stayed here our wedding night and again on our 10 year anniversary. They treated us wonderfully, sent a special gift on behalf of the hotel including a bottle of wine and more. Got late check out of 3 pm. Chocolate covered strawberries were phenomenal with the whip cream and a great serving size for only 10$ plus room services charges. A wonderful time!
- JJesse Landers06/02/2024Great location, Great location,Great location, close to a shopping area with any store you may need. The room was big and had a nice view of the area. There are many options for dining just a short drive from the hotel. The staff was fantastic! I had a broken charging cable and woke up to a dead phone with a wedding to attend later that day. I called the front desk and they told me to bring down my phone so they could charge it while I got ready. This was so helpful and I appreciate the staff going the extra mile to help me Great location, close to a shopping area with any store you may need. The room was big and had a nice view of the area. The front desk staff were all amazing (Marvelia, James, Nicole, Krismellie, and Kevin). The Bar and restaurant staff were equally as accommodating and friendly (Michelle, Iwona, Jeff, Akev and bartender Chris). The food far surpassed all my expectations for what we’ve come to expect from “typical hotel fare.” The rooms were extremely clean and the location is right next to the Nassau Coliseum. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at on Long Island! The front desk staff were all amazing (Marvelia, James, Nicole, Krismellie, and Kevin). The Bar and restaurant staff were equally as accommodating and friendly (Michelle, Iwona, Jeff, Akev and bartender Chris).
