At the Beachside Resort & Residences, you will find an array of options that will suit any guests looking to celebrate their special day in Key West. - Romance Lane: This private pier ascends into the Gulf of Mexico and offers a intimate and romantic setting for ceremonies or private dining for 2. This space can accommodate up to 16 people seated for a ceremony. - Waterfront Patio: This outdoor space provides a perfect location for ceremonies, receptions, or cocktail hours with a view. For a ceremony, we can accommodate up to 200 seated. For a seated reception, we can accommodate 120 guests. This space has pre-installed string lights and allows for a late night extension on certain days to 11pm. - Flagler Ballroom: The largest ballroom in Key West, this space can accommodate up to 350 seated, with additional spaces in our foyer for a large cocktail hour. We always hold this as a back up for our outdoor venues, allowing flexibility in weather events.

This is one of of our favorite reviews from a previous couple. The Beachside Catering team were incredible to work with to cater our on-site 100 guest beach and garden wedding ceremony & reception. They designed a menu that pleased our picky range of guests from vegans to paleo to burger-only eaters. They were over-prepared for every step, setting up on a tight timeline, serving a large crowd quickly, and the food was delicious across the board. We made the right decision to work with the Beachside team for our wedding and were lucky to have such star treatment for our special day.

Hire a local wedding planner. They will be your bestfriend on the day of and will ensure that everything is ready for a successful celebration.

We had a couple come in and install draping in our ballroom. This further elevated the largest ballroom in Key West!
