couldn't be happier with the excellent servicecouldn't be happier with the excellent service
We had to come into town for 2 nights for a hospital procedure for my husband and couldn't be happier with the excellent service and room! Rae and Stephanie went out of their way to accommodate us with any requests along with the rest of the staff.Breakfast is A1 and really taken care of so well.We will definitely be back and will recommend to others!We had to come into town for 2 nights for a hospital procedure for my husband and couldn't be happier with the excellent service and room! Location was greatLocation was great
My husband is handicap and wc bound needing to see specialists at UNC. Location was great, adjoining rooms made it easy with 3 preteen boys and roomy enough for all the major medical equipment to get in and still move around. Stay was clean and quiet, check in and out easy. Will definitely stay again for upcoming appointments.My husband is handicap and wc bound needing to see specialists at UNC. We showed up late and tired without a reservation. Stephanie, who was working the front desk was so nice. She obviously likes her job. The room was clean and quiet. I also like that the check out is 12:00 noon. They don’t rush you out. Will definitely stay again.We showed up late and tired without a reservation. Genuinely, these are wonderful people.Genuinely, these are wonderful people.
The best thing about this Holiday Inn Express is the management/concierge/housekeeping and breakfast service people. It was not as close to the University as I had thought. Nonetheless, the people that work there made the drive worthwhile. They were very good to me during the entire weekend and even went so far as to mail back to me a piece of identity that I had left in the room. Genuinely, these are wonderful people.The best thing about this Holiday Inn Express is the management/concierge/housekeeping and breakfast service people. It was not as close to the University as I had thought. Nonetheless, the people that work there made the drive worthwhile.
