The location is tricky to get even for a local. However the hospitality the professionalism override that fact! The complementary breakfast and the staff, especially the cleaning staff and the manager of the cleaning staff were outstanding. Excellent and kind. Thank you very much! We visited this location on August 12th. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the Manager on duty that evening. Thank you for making an emotional weekend very relaxing and enjoyable.We visited this location on August 12th. We had a great experience staying at this hotel in Wesley Chapel. April at the reception desk is amazing to work with. She was super helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Josh, Felix, Will, April and Jamie were all amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. As well as the AGM. I don't remember her name. They have a very solid team at this hotel. this one is a keeper! this one is a keeper!
I've stayed at a lot of hotels in recent months and this one is a keeper! Large rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Big screen TV, charging station for phones. Beautiful bathroom and shower. Bed was comfortable and good black out window coverings. Lobby is friendly and inviting with a big screen TV, chairs, sofa, table. I was there for a wedding and we made good use of this area in the evenings. They have a well stocked snack shop. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in recent months and this one is a keeper!
