On the lower west side, it faces the Irish hunger memorial and the Jersey skyline. Away from the hustle and bustle of normal city congestion. The rooms were so spacious at a reasonable price for Manhattan. Each and every staff member was so professional and accommodating, from the concierge to the housekeeping turn down service to the doormen who helped with luggage and valet. I went back and forth with the hotel and No one ever gave me a single frown for making changes and asking so many questions.. I loved this place so much that I even did my bridal shower party here. I thought of even doing my gender reveal/baby shower party here but figured my friends would think I’m too obsessed with Conrad haha. Every time I think of Conrad or pass by, it just brings back the joyful and beautiful moments with my husband.My husband and I got married here 3 years ago in May. I went back and forth with the hotel and No one ever gave me a single frown for making changes and asking so many questions.. I loved this place so much that I even did my bridal shower party here. Angelique, the customer service representative did an outstanding job at making it right to a disappointed customer. We booked this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary celebration. Let's just say that the romantic package plus what my husband has requested did not go as planned because the room was partially ready when we have arrived and the surprise was ruined. Angelique made it up right to us. The room was prepared as planned.I would give this hotel a 10 for good customer service. Angelique, the customer service representative did an outstanding job at making it right to a disappointed customer. We booked this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary celebration. Let's just say that the romantic package plus what my husband has requested did not go as planned because the room was partially ready when we have arrived and the surprise was ruined. The staff is exceptional, everyone we encountered was friendly and courteous, especially to a precious 5 yo. Doris was very sweet and accommodating. She went above and beyond helping us celebrate a birthday and wedding anniversary. Next time we are in the city, we are booking there again!Wonderful stay!! Place is beautiful, location is perfect for families needing more space than standard room.
