Services Offered The Avery Hotel can entertain all of your wedding milestones, from the engagement party and rehearsal dinner to the ceremony and reception on the day itself. You and your partner can prepare in sumptuous get-ready rooms while your guests mingle in the billiard room or across the grounds. Outside vendors are encouraged so you can book all your favorites. Staff can assist you in where to access complimentary chairs, tables, linens, and backdrops for your special day. What's Included . Unlimited access to the hotel and property. . 3 nights lodging either Thursday noon to Sunday noon or Friday Noon to Monday noon (6 Private Bedrooms, 2 Bunk rooms, 4 bathrooms and a cabin *WKND PACKAGE ONLY) . Tables, chairs, white linen tablecloths and napkins, flatware and glasses for up to 150 people. . Full access to the Pavillion which can seat 100 people. Additional tables for larger parties are placed outside of pavillion. . Lawn reception area including tables and chairs . Dance Floor . Stage for Wedding ceremonies or bands including bench seating for 100 . Outside bar attached to the hotel . Enclosed BBQ and cooking area . Out building for a bar.
