My couples really value deep connection with their people and the ability to be intensely present on their wedding day. 48 Fields made that easy, with the multiple houses on site, plenty of spaces for guests to connect, and the reception interior that feels so cozy and inviting. And of course the grounds are perfect for feeling like you're escaping from the bustle of NOVA. The staff were inviting and easyWhat a stellar venue! They know what they are doing and took great care of us. They listened to what we wanted and guided us through a normally very stressful process. We had originally planned for the ceremony to be held outdoors, but it was much too cold. They were flexible and moved us inside without a hitch. I cannot recommend 48 Fields enough!The venue itself is beautiful; but what really sealed the deal was meeting Steve, Kelly, and then working with their coordinator, Sarah. We loved it so much!When my husband and I first started to look for wedding venues, 48 Fields was the first venue we toured and we loved it so much! It set the bar pretty high when we tried to look at other venues haha. Kelly and Meredith were so nice, professional, organized and great at communicating when we had any questions. The venue is so beautiful especially with the lights in the upper barn and I liked that there were no beams inside unlike some other barns. Do you have a rain backup plan?
We have a seamless weather plan that is just as beautiful as our outdoor ceremony spaces. Rest assured, we have you covered rain or shine!
Do you have parking? Do you allow shuttles?
Yes and yes! We have a large lot, but we do allow and encourage shuttles for your ease and the safety of your wedding guests.
Do I have to bring in furniture?
Not unless you want something specific! Our standard furnishing options are beautiful and should get you through your day without requiring additional rentals, saving you considerable expense!
Do you offer in house coordination?
A venue manager is included in your rental fees, and we also offer in-house coordination for an additional fee. You may bring your own coordinator if you'd like, provided they are licensed and insured.
Do you allow outside catering?
Yes! As long as they are licensed, insured, have a good reputation, and offer full-service catering.
