This former award-winning boutique Hotel in the trendy St Leonards area of Hastings boasts exceptional sea-views from all the major rooms. Eight ensuite bedrooms comfortably sleep 16 to 18 while the ground-floor now offers excellent reception rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a terraced garden with BBQ, outdoor dining area & hot-tub. High-speed internet is available throughout the property and Netflix is available in all the bedrooms. High-quality bed linen, REN toiletries, fluffy bathrobes and complimentary slippers are all provided for maximum lounging. The bedrooms are spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. The ground floor is the heart of the house. The fully-fitted kitchen is well-equipped and opens-up (via bi-fold doors) to a covered area of garden with BBQ, hot tub and outdoor lounge & dining areas. At the other end of the kitchen, the atmospheric dining room comfortably seats 14 / 16 people and there is an additional small table that seats 3 or 4 within easy reach.
