We just had our Wedding at Tower Suites this past Sunday and Uliana, Shrine, Kiril and their wonderful team really made the day an unforgettable experience. Their professionalism, sage advice and attention to detail made planning the day a truly stress free affair. The hotel's top floor, Skyline terrace offered a stunning backdrop for our wedding ceremony and reception. The views of Tower Bridge were amazing and really added that 'wow' factor to our wedding photos. We continue to receive comments from our guests about how great the views and the food were! Stayed here in June for my birthday and oh my god what an excellent hotel! So central to tube stations and Tower Bridge. Fantastic room service, staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was brilliant too. The was clean and tidy and view was lovely too. Would come back here if I was to stay in London again! Rooms: Super clean, very comfortable, and spacious. Walkability: Walking distance of most train stations. Besides Tower Bridge, lots of public transport around.Stayed here in June for my birthday and oh my god what an excellent hotel! Easily the best location in London we've stayed in. The room was spotless and very spacious. The hotel is located directly outside an underground station and within walking distance from the Christmas Markets on the Thames. The staff were always extremely helpful and polite. Would have loved to spend a week hereWould have loved to spend a week here
Very happy with my stay at Blue Orchid. Came here for a special occasion, they put us on a high floor and the room was perfect. We booked the King bedroom but I’m sure we got upgraded as the apartment was very big. Would have loved to spend a week here, very close to the DLR station and the river. The reception area is very classy and the hotel looks newly refurbished. The staff were polite and professional! Will be visiting again 10/10 Very happy with my stay at Blue Orchid. Absolutely stunning, we got there a little late on the evening but the colleagues were excellent. Very welcoming. The room was better than what we expected with all the little extra touches added to the room. Definitely will go back. Situated opposite the Tower of London and next to the underground station easy to get around. The staff were so fantastic, kind and hospitable. I was fasting for Ramadan and they arranged breakfast to be served in my room early morning as well. The location is wonderful and the room was very stylish and clean. The toiletries provided were also high end and I was really grateful for them as I had forgotten my own! The train train is really close by which is also a bonus, definitely would love to stay here again!The staff were so fantastic, kind and hospitable. This hotel is a gem. It’s walking distance to the closest underground stop and right across from the Tower of London. The staff is extremely helpful and we were even upgraded at check-in. The hotel room is clean and the bathroom is a great size. I would definitely book here again in the future!This hotel is a gem. I stayed at the Tower Suites by Blue Orchid for my birthday trip with my sister. As we walked in, staff immediately welcomed us and took our bags. Trevor and Alex B were PHENOMENAL with helping us get situated in our room with a beautiful Tower Bridge view! They also gifted me chocolate-covered strawberries to help me celebrate. Anything we needed, they kindly provided us with everything we asked for and more. Will definitely be staying again, without a doubt. I stayed at the Tower Suites by Blue Orchid for my birthday trip with my sister. As we walked in, staff immediately welcomed us and took our bags. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, its service, and room layouts. Each room has a tiny pantry, some rooms even have washer dryers, microwaves & hubs depending on what you've booked! Amazing service! Everyone is solicitous and service-oriented. The location is amazing, has 3 stations within walking distance, and stops for tour buses too! And the London bus stops too! Next time you are in London, stay here!I highly recommend this hotel for its location, its service, and room layouts. Everything was amazing I have to say. I have stayed in lots of hotels here and abroad but no hotel has good customer service as Tower Suites. Every single staff member where very polite and friendly. I booked this hotel for my girlfriend's birthday, and as soon as we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded to their best room. The room was immaculate. I can name so many big companies who should stay at this hotel and learn about real customer service no joke.Everything was amazing I have to say. I have stayed in lots of hotels here and abroad but no hotel has good customer service as Tower Suites. Every single staff member where very polite and friendly. I booked this hotel for my girlfriend's birthday, and as soon as we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded to their best room. The room was immaculate. I can name so many big companies who should stay at this hotel and learn about real customer service no joke.
