We have hosted hundreds of weddings at Thornbridge Hall and offer a completely bespoke wedding service where you can create a personalised and unforgettable wedding day. We are licensed to hold civil ceremonies in our majestic Great Hall, the elegant Music Room, and the romantic South Lawn Temple in our formal gardens, and wedding receptions take place in the spectacular Carriage House. Our experienced team and your dedicated wedding coordinator will help you plan and manage the day from start to finish. With exclusive access to the venue, you can choose which unique spaces you want to use on the day to create a truly memorable wedding with stunning photography. We want the food to be one of the highlights, our award-winning catering company will create a bespoke menu for you, tailored to your tastes and preferences. We don’t offer set menus so every wedding breakfast is personalised and unique here at Thornbridge Hall (you can even choose your cutlery and crockery). We cater for both small intimate weddings and for larger celebrations (up to 250 guests). We are also the only wedding venue in the area that has its own brewery and so we can stock the bar with plenty of local Thornbridge Brewery beer.

Our award-winning caterers prepare a bespoke quote for the wedding breakfast based on your specific requirements with prices for a 3-course wedding breakfast starting from around £75 plus vat per person. We don’t offer set menus so every wedding breakfast is personalised and unique here at Thornbridge (you can even choose your cutlery and crockery). For evening buffets (if required) there are many options to choose from, from bacon rolls and cheese tables to hog roasts, fish and chips, and pizza. We can do whatever you want! Fizz & Wine -We allow you to bring in your own fizz for the drink's reception, wine for the meal and fizz for the toast and there are no additional 'corkage charges' made. This can be a huge saving!! Alternatively, we can also provide fizz and wine on request. Craft Beer & Spirits Bar - We are the original home to the famous Thornbridge Brewery (Which is now just down the road). We can work with you to stock the beer with a range of fantastic beers from the brewery (subject to availability).We also stock a wide range of spirits and mixers

We cannot recommend Thornbridge Hall highly enough as a wedding venue. It is truly a stunning venue, but what makes it even more special is how professional and conscientious all staff are - invisible yet attentive. The team at Thornbridge made our whole experience easy and stress free. We had the exact ceremony and reception we wanted. No request was too big or too small. Thank you so much for looking after us so well at my sister's wedding. The day ran really smoothly and the work you all did to look after us to make sure everything worked well, it made the day very enjoyable. We all had so much fun, it's a day we will look back on fondly and have amazing memories of. Also, we have to say congratulations to the chef as I don't like lamb but loved the Hoggett!!! Helen and my parents are VERY impressed and its a hard job to do! Thank you so much for looking after us so well at my sister's wedding. The day ran really smoothly and the work you all did to look after us to make sure everything worked well, it made the day very enjoyable. I WON’T DENY THAT IT IS, WITHOUT QUESTION MY FAVOURITE WEDDING VENUE TO DATE THAT I HAVE BEEN FORTUNATE TO WORK AT. THERE IS SOMETHING INCREDIBLY SPECIAL ABOUT THORNBRIDGE HALL. NOT ONLY IS IT BREATHTAKING, FULL OF CHARACTER AND AMBIENCE, BUT IT ALSO WORKS PERFECTLY AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR AND IN ANY WEATHER CONDITIONS. I HAVE CAPTURED A WEDDING DURING A NAMED STORM AND ON ONE OF THE HOTTEST DAYS OF THE YEAR, BUT IT WASN’T AN ISSUE FOR THIS MOST MAJESTIC OF LOCATIONS. It was perfect, more than we ever could imagine...It was perfect, more than we ever could imagine...
We really don’t know where to start in writing this email but I guess we need to start with the world's biggest thank you! From the day you first took us around Thornbridge you were just incredible and not only did we know we’d be in safe hands, but you were also the only wedding coordinator that ran us through the day so we could actually picture ourselves getting married here. From start to finish you made the whole process easy and pain free and it really showed when it came to the running of the day. We’ve been inundated with messages and comments from our guests saying how beautiful the venue was, that the food was out of this world (and hot!!) and that the staff were on it from the minute they arrived - serving drinks, bringing food out in a timely manner and being so lovely and helpful. All of the above myself & Reece 1000% agree with. We could not have asked for more from Thornbridge as a venue and you as the person who organised and ran the day. It was perfect and more than we ever could imagine it would be. Please will you pass on our thanks to Victoria, Simon and the rest of your team who I know also worked tirelessly to bring all of this together. We loved that one couple shipped eel pies in from the groom's neighbourhood pie and mash shop in East London. Oh, and someone also brought their horse and rode it into the grounds of the Estate! Many couples have also brought their furry children too as we are a dog-friendly venue.

The Great Hall overlooked by our William Morris stained glass window takes some beating...The Great Hall is used for Wedding Ceremonies and drinks receptions.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

Our exceptional and unique venue combined with our highly experienced events team (who have put on events for royalty no less!). Our couples are looked after from the moment they book with us. We manage all aspects of the day and will assist with every detail to help make your wedding day run as smoothly as possible and be one you will never forget.
