Your wedding breakfast can be taken in our elegant Conservatory with dazzling chandelier or in our rustic Barn with its vintage country style. The Club Room's private bar, Bose sound system and fibre optic lighting will make your evening reception into a great party. It is impressive and romantic, as well as friendly and welcoming. All our weddings are on our luxury midweek package on Sunday - Friday and will cost £180 per head for day guests and an additional £25 per head for evening guests. Children will be charged at £50 per head for the day. We have had such an amazing wedding here. Everything and i mean everything, the location, food, facilities, staff!! special shout out to Hannah, thank you for your awesome attention to detail and accommodating all our needs. We stayed in the nest (owl) which was amazing it has everything you need. Donna my bride to be was able to prepare herself for our big day with all the room and facilities at hand. (If your getting married a full standing mirror would have been good in the nest. im sure if we would have asked it would have been provided). The food and drink was non stop and the spa facilities are excellent. I have added some pictures so you can see for yourself. Thinking of getting married? you need to check out The Swan and Spa it ticks all the boxesWe have had such an amazing wedding here. Wonderful wedding stay!Wonderful wedding stay!
We chose The Swan for our very small wedding and we weren't disappointed! The hotel itself is beautiful with excellent, comfortable facilities set in beautiful surroundings. We were made to feel so special and all our needs were catered to-especially those of our children (aged 9 and 18 months). All staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and efficient in all areas of the hotel from room service to the swimming pool! But a huge thank you in particular to Hanna, Naomi and Tanya who helped with the planning of the wedding and our stay and then looked after us so well and helped make our special day so perfect!We chose The Swan for our very small wedding and we weren't disappointed! The hotel itself is beautiful with excellent, comfortable facilities set in beautiful surroundings. We were made to feel so special and all our needs were catered to-especially those of our children (aged 9 and 18 months). Our Swanderful WeddingOur Swanderful Wedding
My husband and I recently got married at the Swan Hotel & Spa, this venue was perfect for our special day. We had a small, intimate wedding of 36 guests and the Barn was the perfect setting for our rustic wedding breakfast we were after. The rest of the venue worked well for our numbers but would work well for a larger wedding also. I had the privilege of staying in the Fabulous Loft suite the night prior and on the wedding night. This room definitely has the WOW factor, with a lounge, free standing bath, tv that came out from the end of our bed and a double shower! This room was the perfect room for all the bridal preparations and had plenty of room for photographer, hair & makeup plus my bridal party! I would definitely recommend the Swan, to visit & to host a wedding. The wedding co-ordinator Hanna & the team put so much effort into making our day special and run smoothly. Our perfect weddingOur perfect wedding
We just had our wedding here at the Swan Hotel. I cannot say enough how perfect the staff and the hotel it's self are. From the moment we checked in we were treated so wonderfully. Our room the fabulous loft was incredible. Nothing was too much for the staff here and went above and beyond to cater to our every need. Our events coordinator Hanna was incredible and she made our day go off without a hitch. We had the most perfect wedding at this wonderful place and I cannot wait to come back. This review is long overdue! My husband and I live on the outskirts of Liverpool so getting married in the lakes never crossed our minds, but we stayed the night at The Swan and knew it was everything we were looking for. Having been a wedding coordinator myself it was very difficult choosing a venue, but the warmth, enthusiasm and sincerity of every staff member we encountered really sealed the deal for us. The hotel is beautiful, but even a beautiful hotel is nothing without great staff and The Swan has got it right. The communication between ourselves and Hanna was genuine and quick, I imagine the hotel have lots of weddings on but you are never made to feel like this and she gave us some great recommendations for vendors. The wedding came around quick, nothing was too much trouble and we had the most amazing day. We had 43 guests which made for a nice intimate wedding, although the room could potentially fit a lot more, the way the furniture was arranged made the room look great. The food was A-MAZING, people tell us its the best wedding breakfast they've ever had! We met the head chef at a Wedding open day and she was brilliant. Most of our guests stayed over night and made use of the facilities and everyone is still raving about it, a few have even been back to stay again! The Swan now holds beautiful memories for us and we can't wait to come back again and again. We can not recommend it highly enough! Thanks to everyone who looked after us on our Wedding day! Having reviewed this last year with a view to holding our wedding here, we finally managed to go ahead after a postponement due to Covid. From the beginning of the day until the end, it went smoothly and exactly what we wanted. The weather just about held out. The food was amazing as was the service. Big thanks to Hanna and the other members of the team too many to mention. It was the most perfect day and we will be back. My husband and I were married at The Swan on 30/5/16. We could not have asked for better service/attention from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Our accommodation for the 2 nights was first class and whilst our sleep was disturbed from a number of guests slamming doors this was not the fault of The Swan. We had a meal the evening prior to our wedding which was lovely. A special mention must go to Hanna & Tanya who made our day so special. We will definitely be returning in the very near future and many of our guests said they would be too. Highly recommended!!!My husband and I were married at The Swan on 30/5/16.
