Guru looked after us so well in the Owl and Monkey. An excellent bar man. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is so welcoming with excellent facilities for all. To the management and other house team, I appreciate all your efforts and the wonderful service I received and the outstanding stay. I felt like I was staying at home. All the reception staff are great, especially Miss Yulia and Mr Kevin. I advise everyone who intends to stay for a long time in London to choose this most wonderful hotel. The whole place is full of vitality and youth. Stunning apartment, wonderful staff in particular Helen the Italian waitress. Lovely bar and perfect decor. The location is very central and overall experience of food was top rate. Absolutely Amazing Absolutely Amazing
My son and I stayed in a vault club flat for his 21st birthday celebrations as we had booked an evening at The Royal Albert Hall for a concert. The flat had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area and kitchenette…the space was unbelievable and the decor was beautiful!! The staff could not have done anymore to help and answer every question…they were all fantastic. We visited The Other House for brunch on a Sunday. It's a really impressive venue with striking decor and design throughout. There was live jazz music and a great ambience. The service was friendly, the menu had ample choice and the food was delicious. The Bloody Mary's and Virgin Mary's went down really well with our party too. Great service, lovely locationGreat service, lovely location
We stayed here for one night, and had a cosy room which had an internal window to the courtyard. The bed was very comfy and there was plenty of wardrobe space. We were very warmly welcomed when we checked in, and headed straight to the pool. Lovely clean changing rooms, and the pool whilst not massive, is still plenty big enough.We stayed here for one night, and had a cosy room which had an internal window to the courtyard. Love this place Love this place
What a lovely place! Had just one night here but very impressed with the hotel and the location is great to walk to V&A and Natural History etc and also close to tube. We also had a cocktail in the bar which was lovely. First time going, certainly won’t be the last!What a lovely place! Fantastic place to stay. The place is well maintained and has amazing staff. The cocktail bar is excellent. The drinks are really good and so is the vibe. The food here is amazing too.
