We welcome our couples to use our entire Manor House, 16 hotel rooms, and gardens for the day and night of your wedding. Our couples can elevate their experience and stay with us the night before the wedding for that extra special touch. The Old Hall is truly stunning in every season. Spring weddings boast blooming gardens, the summer season is perfect for our patios, gardens and terraces. In Autumn our couples enjoy emotive skies and Winter weddings boast roaring fires, cosy spaces, featuring fantastic festive decor. Here's what's included in our wedding package: FOR THE COUPLE: Complimentary Honeymoon Suite for your wedding night A dedicated Event Management Team A complimentary taster event – we don’t do the usual small sample morning – we host an incredible evening event, where you will taste stunning dishes, delicious wines, and will enjoy our venue at its fullest. The marquee and dancefloor will be in full swing, with evening entertainment. This is always a magical evening and an experience our couples never forget. Last weekend, my now husband and I got married at this beautiful venue! We had the place all to ourselves Friday evening all the way through to Sunday morning. The organisation was so good, the food was incredible and the staff would literally do anything for you! The guests found everything stunning and said that it was the best wedding they've ever been to!! Thank you all for making our day really special, and in special mention I'd like to thank Sophie for helping us out with a last minute chore, Amanda for just being generally amazing, warm and supportive, Emma for her support and answering all my nervous questions leading up to the day and Emily & Tammy for your amazing coordination on our wedding day and helping us make sure our ceremony was outside in the end! What a stunning venue!!

The moment we drove through the gates for our viewing, we both fell in love and couldn’t think of having our wedding anywhere else. It had everything we were looking for. We cannot thank The Old Hall enough for everything. From our very first viewing of the venue to all our meetings leading up to our special day. We currently do not live in the UK and every single member of the team we dealt with made the whole process extremely easy and relaxing! From the morning of with our arrival at the venue to every single minute throughout every member of the team were faultless, from the ladies who were appointed to myself and my now husband to the staff serving dinner I honestly cannot think of one bad thing to say and all of our guests said the same thing! The grounds are so beautiful and the bedrooms are very impressive! I would highly recommend The Old Hall as your wedding venue if you are looking for a very easy and pleasant planning process! Best Day of Our Lives!

We had the most incredible wedding day at the Old Hall! We couldn’t fault them at all. They were so supportive, welcoming and helpful right from before we had booked them. The service is exceptional and definitely wowed our wedding guests. The food, bedrooms and alcohol was all perfect and we are so grateful for all of their help. They made everything run seamlessly and nothing was too much trouble to them all. I’ll never be able to thank them enough and we can’t wait to return yearly for a stay for our anniversary!

The best day ever!

What an amazing venue. From the first time we visited the Old Hall to the end of our wedding, all the staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and they made planning a wedding stress-free. When arriving on the day of our wedding, we were told everything is set up and ready, which allowed us to relax and enjoy getting ready with our bridal/groom’s party. They made every second of the day special and personal to us and our families. The wedding breakfast was delicious and served quickly to all our guests. All the staff are very professional and caring. From start to end, everything was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing. Not forgetting, the most beautiful photographs we got from the amazing views here. It is very well kept and clean. We love the idea that we can return to the Old Hall for afternoon tea and Sunday roasts to enjoy the venue again. We would highly recommend the Old Hall.

The most perfect day

From the moment we booked our viewing to the moment we left after our wedding everything was just perfect. Since I can remember getting married at The Old Hall has always been my dream, the views are stunning, the venue is stunning, the food is incredible and the staff are out of this world. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone. They sent you lists of their recommended supplier which I found really helpful, no question is a silly question. It doesn’t matter if you are going to one of their open evenings or you’ve got an appointment to discuss your wedding, you are always made to feel so welcome. In the day of our wedding everything was just perfect, there was no stress, no worries, if a supplier hadn’t arrived when they were meant to they would phone to find out where they were. You needed anything they would straight away get it for you. Someone was on hand to help us from the moment we arrived until the moment we went to bed. Little things sometimes mean so much. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was, how incredible the staff are and more amazing the food was. I wish I could go back and relive the whole day all over again. The Old Hall Ely, will forever hold a special place in my heart ❤️
