The Faversham

The Faversham went out of their way to make sure our day was perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Value for money is excellent, love the central location and how you move throughout the property. Kept the day fresh. The in house catering was outstanding, we've had comments from guests to say it's the best food they've had at a wedding. Truly can't write enough glowing comments to do the team and venue justice. Would not hesitate in recommending.

I honestly do not know where to begin - The Faversham venue alone is stunning, which is the initial reason for choosing this venue for our special day. However, it is the amazing staff -Deb, Jess, Holly (to name a few!) who truly made the run up to and the day of our wedding, simply beyond incredible. From the beginning of booking the event, the staff were beyond generous with their time and patience; whether it was promptly answering the millions of questions we had, letting us stop by to check various details, or accommodating any special request we had-nothing was ever too much! In addition, our guests have not stopped praising the food, wine, bar/food staff and uniqueness of the venue overall. If you are able to book your event here, I would take the opportunity, immediately! We simply cannot recommend The Faversham enough!

The team at the Faversham have been incredibly helpful from day 1 - we had the best day of our lives on our wedding day and we've got to thank Deb, Hannah and the rest of the team for playing a huge part in this! We chose the Faversham for it's fun, relaxed and personal vibe that we just weren't finding in the 10+ venues we checked out across Yorkshire. We also didn't want to spend lots of time finding suppliers, so having the Faversham recommend experts they've worked with previously who also shared the same ethos as us, was a massive help. Communication with The Faversham team has been perfect - quick responses, helpful advice and a positive attitude throughout made working them super easy. Wedding planning can be stressful but Hannah and the team had everything covered on the day (from laying out our party favours, playing the ceremony music, to switching the layout of rooms, and more). They took care of hundreds of small decisions allowing us to fully enjoy our special day with zero stress. We received so many compliments about the venue, the staff, the food and everything about the Faversham, that I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get married!

After 2 postponements we finally got our special day in July, and what a day it was! The staff at the Faversham are truely fantastic, they put us at ease at ever step and were so organised and on top of everything, we didn't need to worry about a thing. From the planning, preparation to the day and night itself, we couldn't of been happier with anything. The venue itself is stunning and my guests have still not stopped raving about how amazing the food was from bears pantry!

The Fav is a lovely relaxed venue and was perfect for our laidback city centre wedding - the whole team were amazing during the planning process, answered all our questions in the run-up, and were unbelievably helpful on the day making sure it all ran smoothly. It was all so easy and stress free, can’t recommend enough. Lots of our guests have commented on what a great venue it is too. A huge thank you to the whole team!

What an amazing experience we had with The Faversham. We booked halfway through covid and despite on and off restrictions and new staff running the venue everything was amazing. All of our requests and last min changes were completed and the venue looked AMAZING. Our guests have all said it’s the best wedding they’ve been to, including our videographer/best man who has done many many weddings. Our highlights were the staff, the venue decor and the food!! Thanks for a wonderful experience and making our day so special. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The staff at the Faversham are attentive, on it and really know what the are doing. Our day was effortless and we just enjoyed the whole thing knowing that Deb, Hannah and Jess had all bases covered. The suppliers they use, namely Shindig and Bear's Pantry are also amazing.

The Faversham is such a unique venue in the heart of Leeds City Centre. I have never been in a venue like it for weddings which makes it extra special. Spread across 3 large indoor spaces and 2 outdoor, our wedding flowed perfectly and gave us and our guests variety throughout the day! I have had SO MUCH positive feedback from guests about the venue, the food, the staff; I honestly couldn't have asked for more. The team who support in particular Debs and Hannah from events and Karen from Bears Pantry are so responsive and completely put me at ease with any queries. One of the main reasons we chose the Fav was because we didn't want a generic wedding at a hotel in a room with no soul. They don't force a "package" style wedding on you, they work with you to bespoke and curate what works for you making valuable suggestions and give great advice. If you want something different, personal to you with support from an amazing experienced team at a unique venue - LOOK NO FURTHER!
