Amazing customer experience at The Decorium!!

I approached The Decorium during our wedding venue search and met with a lovely man called Jamie. He was kind enough to offer 3 separate venue viewings for various members of my family and he gave us a detailed overview of the venue - very friendly! He was very accommodating and the venue was absolutely beautiful and clean and smelled divine I must add! The big hall was gorgeous with lovely ceilings and lighting. Despite us not booking the venue in the end, Jamie was lovely and passed on his well wishes :)

the venue was impossible to reach in the weeks coming to the wedding - they were incredibly rude and reduced me to tears on numerous occasions.
