Exclusive Use includes: Full exclusive use of the restaurant, lounge, bar and all bedrooms. -There will be no other guests in the building – sign outside & inside for the exclusive use Complimentary Stay for the Bride and Groom on the day, £50 B&B day before & Late Bar till 2am 15% wines for the tables with your evening meal Small flower arrangements for the tables - created in your colour (we can take them to the town hall for the ceremony). If you use our florist, a discounted rate is offered on Bridal bouquet, button holes, etc. & we collect it all for you on the day & deliver to your room Full house decorations, table settings with table cloths or just runners, candles, confetti, name cards, individual menus if required, napkin ribbons, etc. any unique advice or help to make it individual & extra touches included (we can purchase items required at no extra cost to you, within reason!) Cake table set up with cake stands, knife, flowers, etc. Gifts & cards table set up with all decorations Photo booth with props set up (theme can be arranged or just standard wedding picture frame stand) Extra ladies items & flip flops provided in ladies toilets Complimentary menu & wine tasting before event Children’s area set up at the back of the restaurant with films, books, toys , cushions, etc. – if required after dinner.
