Located in South Buckinghamshire, Stowe House can be exclusively yours for your special day. The State Rooms range from intimate spaces for 40, to larger spaces for up to 160 guests. Evening Receptions can be held for up to 200 guests, and for those looking for a larger event, our South Lawn is ideal for the perfect marquee wedding.
As events are only permitted to take place during school holidays, your event would be one of only a unique few that take place onsite each year, making Stowe perfect for those looking for a distinctive celebration location.

For larger events, marquees can be accommodated on our South Lawn where a ground hire fee will be charged, marquees will need to be hired in from an approved marquee supplier for an additional fee.

Describe the best wedding that happened at Stowe House?
One of our favourites was this Summer, the couple introduced a lot of unique touches to the day. Post dinner they served espresso martinis on the South Portico overlooking the National Trust grounds once they were closed, they had a DJ set up so guests could see the sun setting whilst enjoying the music and the cocktails.
