Stoke by Nayland Resort

A huge thank you to Simone, our wedding coordinator, and the whole team at Stoke By Nayland resort. We were married on 2nd Jan 2025 in a civil ceremony at the venue and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. We had the best day/night/stay and everything went just as we hoped for. All of our guests also had great things to say about the venue, rooms if they stayed and all over service including the food and drinks. So a massive thank you to you and the team for all you did to make it such a success! The team couldn’t do enough for us in the planning and on the day. I stayed with my bridesmaids day/night before and used the spa to relax in the afternoon before having dinner and drinks. The bridal suite was huge and we were all able to get ready there in the morning before the ceremony. The staff turned around the room so it was ready for us to use after we married and there were lovely touches such as gifts and treats when we returned to the room. The food and drinks along with staff service was excellent for the meal and party after followed by a top breakfast for those who stayed over the next day. Also great value for everything! Cannot fault it at all! 🙌

We celebrated our wedding at Stoke by Nayland Golf Club on December 28th, 2025, and it was truly a day to remember. Our wedding planner went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Absolutely stunning venue and our coordinator Simone was one in a million. We were so well accomplished and looked after in the run up and on the day, I cannot ever recommend Simone and her team enough. The venue looked so, so beautiful and our day was simply perfect.

This venue was incredible from our first meeting to the end of our wedding night!! We booked our wedding with just 2 months to plan and we could not fault them! Especially Jessica our wedding coordinator, who was the absolute best and so amazing throughout!!

Our wedding coordinator, Melanie, was fantastic and very supportive and helpful throughout the whole experience! All the staff at SbN were fantastic, even helping us pack up our car the next day. Food is perfect, even allowing some custom alterations to make it just what you want. Beautiful venue and even on a rainy day, Melanie made accommodations to make sure we didn't get wet or muddy going onto the golf course for pictures. We had an amazing wedding at Stoke by nayland in June! No complaints at all from start to finish with the meetings and right up until the wedding day nothing was ever a problem.... Loved every minute of our wedding and will always go back to Stoke by nayland.

We booked here a year and a half before the big day, everything was explained clearly, there were times that we got confused but the wedding staff were always there to reassure and support. Value for money was amazing and we didn't realise the amount of attention to detail this was brilliant. They communicated with the external services we had hired to co ordinate everything smoothly. The presence of the staff and service were also second to none, especially Victoria.

I felt so relaxed, comfortable and at ease throughout my stay and on my wedding day. Nothing was too much for everyone, lots of friendly faces who were happy to help!

We had a fantastic wedding day at SBN, everything was perfect. The food for the wedding breakfast was amazing and all the staff were polite and very efficient, couldn’t have wished for better. We can’t thank everyone enough for our day. The service, venue and food were all absolutely perfect ! Mel provided the highest quality of service and along we way we felt less like we were attending final meetings and more like arranging it with a friend!
