Each Wedding has been equally beautiful and all bring different characteristics to the venue. We had someone abseil into their ceremony to the sound of Abba, a roaming band walk all members of the party back to a champagne reception, romance novelesque ceremonies amongst the wild meadows. That's the beauty of St Giles, you have different styles every time.

An Acrobatic Air Display was put on by the couple for their Wedding guests as a total surprise. It was outstanding.

In front of the Anteros Statue on the fountain with the house and grounds as the backdrop, or if we're talking golden hour, the bridge by the lake overlooking the house.

We have been very lucky to have hosted a number of celebrity guests, but discretion is important to us.

Savoury goats cheesecake, fig compote & bee pollen.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
This is a tough one - it also does depend on what is your favourite midnight munchies. But we love anything from toasties, to Dexters Happy Street Food, Fiery Fox Pizza and can't be forgetting John the Greek.
