Sprowston Manor Hotel, Golf & Spa is located in stunning Norwich, meaning you have to drive through the amazing Norfolk countryside before you even step foot on the estate. There is an elegant oak tree lined driveway entrance to the hotel, making for a grand arrival. The historic hotel includes 170 acres of pristine parkland, making for the perfect backdrop to any wedding photos you want to take. Should you wish to further explore the area, Norwich town center is only a short 15-minute drive away from the hotel. The high-street includes several well-known stores, as well as many independent shops housed in vintage buildings.

My name is Maddie and I am the Wedding Specialist Manager here at Sprowston Manor. I have been working here since July 2021, starting as Wedding & Events Specialist for my first 3 years, before becoming Wedding Specialist Manager in August 2024. In that time I have organised over 175 weddings of all sizes, from 4 guests to 400 guests! I understand all aspects of wedding planning from the perspective of a wedding co-ordinator & perspective of a bride, having gotten married myself in November 2021

If you are looking for a venue for your wedding then please book Sprowston Manor, the location of the place, along with the golf course, Pagoda and the sprinkler is Elegant and the pictures you get are the best I’ve ever seen. The venue is so wonderful we will be booking to stay here every year to mark our wedding anniversary and also look at the golf membership.The packages are great value for the money but most of all the wedding co-ordinators and staff are fantastic and together they make sure the day goes so smoothly so you have a wonderful day. Nothing was too much trouble when we needed to make changes and the staff on the day were exceptional, they set up for the ceremony outside and it looked stunning, the tables were set up with our decorations exactly as we asked, the food was delicious. At the time our son was nearly 7 months old, Pam took care of him while we ate and gave him his bottle, Maddie kept popping in to check everything was ok and have baby cuddles, they really did go above and beyond and made us feel so excited for the day that neither of us got stressed or worried about anything. It was an incredible day and if we decide to do a vow renewal we will be doing it at Sprowston Manor and we will be recommending them to anyone who asks. From start to finish everything was perfect. The venue is stunning, the facilities are great with lots of rooms for guests to stay over, the staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. Pam and Maddie made sure everything ran so smoothly and that it was exactly what we wanted. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they were so accommodating, including with the menus to ensure everyone’s needs and preferences were catered for. Despite quite a few dietary requests and complicated orders to manage, the food was so good. We could not have asked for more and were blown away by how beautiful our day was. We are so grateful.We got married here on 14th September and are still in a daze from just how perfect it was. It really did feel like a dream. The venue is stunning, the facilities are great with lots of rooms for guests to stay over, the staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. Pam and Maddie made sure everything ran so smoothly and that it was exactly what we wanted. We've had so many compliments from our guests about how good the day was run and it was one of the best weddings they had been too which is a testament to their dedication. A wedding in 2023 where the couple were the couple had a subtle Star Wars theme, where their personalities shone through and the room was decorated beautifully, with a gorgeous colour scheme and wedding cake in particular. The couple was so lovely too. Or a 2025 Christmas extravaganza wedding complete with snow confetti and a 4ft ice sculpture!

The team- we have pulled off some amazing and complicated and wonderful weddings! Our record is 4 weddings in 2 days, which was hard work but we pulled it off without a hitch!
