The Garden Pavilion is complete with a high-tech lighting system, a star-lit ceiling and colour-changing up-lighters for dancing the night away. The self-contained space can accommodate up to 350 guests and includes an exclusive patio area, heating and air conditioning for year-round celebrations. The Woodland Pavilion is a fully licensed, outdoor civil ceremony and wedding structure. Complimented by the stunning backdrop of the Hampshire countryside and hotel gardens, it will make the perfect scene for the most special day of your life and for up to 160 lucky guests. The Whitchurch Suite is a beautiful wedding preparation space for the bridal/groom party. With 3 light up vanity mirrors, a curtained off dressing area, Sonos speakers and a comfy area for your party it's the perfect space to get ready for the big day. Photo opportunities abound both inside and out. With over 300 acres of grounds surrounding the hotel, your photographer will have an exceptional choice of settings in which to capture many wonderful moments. EXCLUSIVE USE of Oakley Hall Hotel is also available which allows you & your guests private access to the whole 315 acres of grounds, the house and all bedrooms.

We had the best time of our lives celebrating our wedding at Oakley Hall on 9th August 2025. The venue is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds, elegant rooms and such warm, welcoming staff. Being an independent, family-owned hotel, Oakley Hall gave us such a warm and welcoming feeling from our very first visit. Our wedding coordinator, Ed, was fantastic, attentive, organised and so reassuring throughout the whole planning process. On the day, David, Ben and the entire team were incredible, making sure everything ran perfectly so that we could simply enjoy the moment. Sinead did a brilliant job setting everything up in the morning, especially given there had been a large wedding the day before. We also received wonderful feedback from our guests about the food, drinks and service. The fish and dessert were particular highlights. A big thank you to Head Chef Kevin for taking our feedback after the menu tasting on board and for looking after everyone so well on the day. The rooms were lovely, and every member of staff we met was kind, genuine and helpful. It is the people who truly make Oakley Hall so special. Thank you to everyone who helped make our wedding day so wonderful. The wedding package was very reasonably priced, and Oakley Hall exceeded all our expectations. Everything worked like clockwork and we really must commend your staff on the day. We found our meetings with you prior to the wedding extremely useful and we were always very impressed with your efficient manner, friendliness and helpfulness. When we had queries your response was quick and the answers you gave were invaluable. Charlie was so amazing on the day please can you forward this on to him. Him and his team did a fabulous job and we were so grateful that he was part of our day. We were here for a wedding which was very well organised. We then stayed over for the next day. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate. Travel Notes

M4 Junction 13 Exit Motorway at Junction 13 and follow signs to A34 South – Newbury/Winchester. Continue along the A34 past Newbury signs and keep heading south towards Winchester. Exit slip road sign posted Whitchurch. Continue along road until just before the town centre. Turn left onto the B3400 signposted Basingstoke. Continue along B3400 through Freefolk and Overton. After about 4 miles pass the Deane Gate Public House on the right, continue up hill and Oakley Hall is signposted on the right hand side. M3 Junction 6 Exit Motorway and at roundabout, follow sign to Basingstoke and then on to the A339 towards Newbury. Continue on the A339 and straight over first roundabout towards Newbury. At second roundabout turn left onto Roman Road. At end of Roman Road at mini roundabout turn right and follow sign to Oakley on B3400. Continue along B3400 past Newfound, Oakley and under Railway Bridge. Continue past Beach Arms on the right. Oakley Hall main entrance is then located about a mile down the road on the left. M4 Junction 11 Follow sign to Basingstoke along the A33. Continue following signs into Basingstoke until you see the ring road signposted A339 towards Newbury. Continue on A339 and straight over first roundabout towards Newbury. At second roundabout turn left onto Roman Road. At end of Roman Road at mini roundabout turn right and follow sign to Oakley on B3400. Continue along B3400 past Newfound, Oakley and under Railway Bridge. Continue past Beach Arms on the right. Oakley Hall main entrance is then located about a mile down the road on the left. M3 Junction 7 Exit Motorway and at roundabout, take signpost towards Basingstoke. After 500 yards before traffic lights turn left onto A30 towards Oakley. Almost immediately turn right onto a country road signposted Oakley. Follow a 3 mile country lane until you reach a T-junction, then turn left onto Rectory Road. Follow road to the bottom and then turn left onto B3400 (Andover Road). Oakley Hall main entrance is signposted first left. If you are arriving by coach, please use Junction 6 of the M3 or contact Oakley Hall for an alternative route.
