Centrally located on the borders of Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. A perfect backdrop for Weddings both large and small. An exclusive venue that offers complete blank canvas - no high menu costs per head, no corkage and no hidden charges. Licensed for Civil Ceremonies in our Wedding Hut down by the Lakes or in the Tythe Barn. A comprehensive list of fantastic suppliers if you wish but with no obligation to use, an in-house bar and a separate bed and breakfast business and camping area. Access to the venue the day before your wedding and morning after so no rush! Take your time to put together you perfect day with Guy and Ginny's guidance. Weekday hire is from £3000 and weekend hire is from £4200. Prices are inclusive of VAT We charge a one off venue hire fee with no hidden costs. These prices include tables and chairs for up to 100 guests, garden benches in the Orchard, long benches for the Ceremonies, complimentary Honeymoon Suite for the night for the Wedding, camping area for up to 20 guests, atmospheric lighting including fairy lights and festoon lighting within the Barn and Marquee. Our pricing reflects your exclusive use of the venue from the morning of the preceding day until the morning after. We offer an inhouse Bar Service. Offering flexible drinks packages and a fully stocked reasonably priced licensed Bar. No extra Venue Ceremony Fees.

The most amazing day The most amazing day
Our wedding day in August 2025 was the most perfect day. We wanted a chilled, summer vibes wedding with a venue that allowed us to bring our vision to life without restrictions and that’s exactly what Newton Park Farm offers. Everyone commented on how amazing the venue was and our ceremony down by the water with the stunning views in the background was the perfect backdrop. Ginny and Guy have been amazing every step of the way, always there to answer any questions and letting us view the venue multiple times to help work out the vision. We used many providers on their recommendation and who we met on their Open Day and everyone was amazing. On the day they were on hand to help out in anyway (especially making sure I had a fan!) and always had our back! Thank you so much for making the wedding day of my dreams come true! We had the most brilliant day at Newton Park Farm. Ginny and Guy were so helpful all throughout the process from beginning to end. We could not have asked for a more perfect place in which to get married The facilities were excellent for the ceremony and the location was beautiful next to the lakes. Later, the reception in the barn was magical. What is fantastic about this place is that you can put your own individual stamp on it and design your wedding the way you want it. The wedding hut, the lakes, the orchard, the courtyard area, the bar and, of course, the beautiful barn made the whole day an unforgettable experience. Thank you to Ginny, Guy and all the staff who make this the absolute best place to get married. We had the most brilliant day at Newton Park Farm. Ginny and Guy were so helpful all throughout the process from beginning to end. Can't recommend this venue enough!Can't recommend this venue enough!
My husband and I celebrated our wedding reception (following our elopement) here on 21.06.25. We loved the fact that it was a dry hire venue which gave us the flexibility to do what we wanted for the day. Ginny and Guy were so helpful, calm and clearly experienced at doing what they do. What we loved is that I unlike other venues they do not pack weddings in day after day - I think they do a max of 2 weddings a week and then you have the flexibility to come the day before to decorate and the day after to take bits down. Our tip - get family/friends to help with the decorating - it takes longer than you think! With the dry hire you have the option of choosing various drinks packages that comes with the venue (different price points) or you can bring your own drinks but there is a bar/glassware/staff hire cost. We chose the latter. The bar is well stocked and they have lots of cocktail options which was perfect for our summer wedding celebration. It also a card bar which was great. It was hard to imagine what the venue would look like in the summer (we visited I think on 2 Jan when there was snow!) but after taking you around the barn, Ginny takes you to the house to view a slide show so you can get a feel for what your day can look like. She also has lots of helpful suggestions and tips - she gave us the idea for the confetti line as we arrived right between the lakes. Ginny also gives you a list of recommended suppliers of caterers and bands that have previously come to the venue. We actually found our own caterer and band but it's nice that she did this extra level of service. We were a bit worried that it would be too hot on the day (31C on our day) but the barn whilst hot is cooler than you'd expect. Ginny and Guy provided us with 3 fans and we also brought our own. The venue is perfect - a lovely barn in a picturesque location with the freedom to put your own spin on your day. Ginny and Guy go above and beyond and even provide you with a lovely breakfast the next morning. We had our dream wedding all thanks to Ginny & Guy & Newton Park Farm. When we first got engaged, we were keen to get married quickly but weren't 100% sure what we wanted, we had visited a few venues, and they didn't quite feel right. When Chris found this venue online and described it to me, we agreed it sounded like we found what we wanted - a beautiful scenic venue with the freedom to create our wedding in our own way, which is exactly what we did and it turned out great! We are so thankful that we had help setting up, the choice of having campers, and much more. When we first started planning, we thought we were going to have to compromise on things we wanted, but we didn't have to at Newton Park Farm - we had it exactly how we wanted - thank you so so much!We had our dream wedding all thanks to Ginny & Guy & Newton Park Farm. The best day, perfect venue!The best day, perfect venue!
Rob and I had big plans for our wedding, we wanted an untraditional day and were looking for a venue to hold a big party, with free range of food and music. This is why Newton Park Farm was perfect for us, we were able to decorate how we liked and hire food vans. We had a band of all of our friends/family playing together which worked so well, the acoustics of the barn were perfect, helped by it being carpeted! We were lucky to have great weather and the garden and courtyard provided the perfect space for our guests to enjoy the sun and for all the children to play freely! The venue itself is beautiful, the moment you drive u to the Farm house and barn you can see it is so peaceful and has incredible views. Ginny & Guy were so helpful and welcoming from the moment we asked for viewing, they were helpful in providing lists of suppliers and helping to arrange the day. We booked Newton Park Barn for the sole reason that we could make our wedding vision come to life. From the DIY decor aspect to the versatility of the gardens, marquee and barn we were able to create the perfect wedding for us. It made our wedding incredibly personal and wasn't just another wedding at a set venue. The owners were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and they're both incredibly friendly. We had a weekday wedding to help with our budget - but at no point did that make a difference to the hosts who had to endure with our partying till the late hours. The ease of everything being close kept the party going and stopped the drifting off guests whilst giving us loads of room to entertain and enjoy the day. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for a winter wedding - what a party! We literally had the best day of our lives and that was down to the amazing hosts - Ginny and Guy who made everything so easy and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble and the barn and marquee were toasty, cosy, romantic and looked absolutely stunning. We couldn't recommend Newton Park Farm strongly enough - it's just perfect x We are still on Cloud 9! We couldn't have asked for a better venue for a winter wedding - what a party! We literally had the best day of our lives and that was down to the amazing hosts - Ginny and Guy who made everything so easy and stress-free. Ginny was especially patient and responsive to my many (many!) emails asking questions and seeking advice about various elements of the day - it was much appreciated! The barn was exactly what we were looking for and the fact that there is no obligation to use any particular supplier for food or music (etc) suited us perfectly. The wedding hut was such a cute touch and the fact that we could decorate everything exactly how we wanted it made the whole day feel really special. Our wedding day was perfect and every single guest commented on what a great venue it is. I would recommend it to anyone. We recently had our wedding at Newton Park Farm, no question was too much for Ginny and Guy in the build up to the wedding in what can only be explained as a strange year. They constantly remained positive right up until the orning of th ewedding whether Weatherman Guy assured me not to worry and that the sun will come out .... he was right. The best day. The B and B was amazing with a delicious breakfast in the morning. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a venue or just for a place to stay. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

All our wedding have been amazing and each one had their own special personal touches. It would be too difficult to select one wedding as a 'best' one! We did however have a memorable one in June this year when one of the Wedding Rings blew off the cushion when it was being carried to the Wedding Hut. A big search took place and just as the bride's Mother was approaching her daughter to say don't be surprised if you have spaghetti put on your finger, I (Ginny) found the ring on the drive!

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

My number one tip for all our couples is do not worry too much about the little things. One of our brides came up to me recently and said 'Ginny what about all the little things' and I said to her ' honestly don't worry about the little things - the little things are nice but if something is omitted it really doesn't matter. The most important thing is that you have everyone there, lovely Ceremony, good food, good music, great venue and a really memorable wedding day that you can look back on with great pleasure. The beauty of our venue is that when you look back through your photos you have created that with Guy and Ginny's guidance.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

So many personal touches that we have seen over the years. Again too many to say here. Take a look at all our photos and you will so many wonderful touches.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

Our grounds are beautiful and there are endless photo opportunities in the grounds. What is also lovely is that all your guests can see your photographs being taken - no dragging off the bride and groom and not seeing them until the Wedding Breakfast.

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

We had Tony Blackburn perform and the renowned Chef Jimmy Garcia cater at one of our weddings.

What’s your favourite canapé?

Smoked Salmon Bilinis.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Sparklers and Jagerbombs!

What is your venue's most unique feature?
