Newlands Bishop Farm is a unique countryside wedding venue filled with charm, character, and complete flexibility. Set within beautiful gardens and scenic farmland, our triple-hat tipi and woodland ceremony area create a magical backdrop for your celebration.

We offer four wedding packages to suit every couple — from our classic wedding package a timeless weekend to rember forever or our Signature wedding package a celebration all in one unforgettable day each package allows you to shape your day exactly as you imagine it.

The tipi features wooden flooring throughout, rustic tables and benches, fairy lights, a built-in speaker system, and cosy touches like hay bale sofas with soft sheep wool rugs and a stocked fire pit. Outdoor spaces include festoon-lit seating areas, giant lawn games, and our glowing LOVE letters for picture-perfect moments.

As soon as we saw the venue, there was nowhere else we wanted to have our wedding. It is a beautiful place, and having creative control only made it even more special for us. We were able to bring in most things and really put our own stamp on the venue. On top of this, Jade was incredible! She was always happy to answer the many questions we had and really put our minds at ease. No matter when we contacted her, she was speedy and always happy to help. She even recommended caterers and photographers to us, both of which we ended up booking, who were also incredible. Jade set up regular meetings with us, and even a WhatsApp chat the week before the wedding, so we could always get in touch. What's more, on the day, Jade's team were so chatty and welcoming to our guests; it really added to the ambience. We had so many compliments on the day about the venue and the staff, and we just wish we could do it all again. In our opinion, you won't regret having your wedding with NBF, especially as your money is going to such a wonderful charity. When looking for venues for our non-wedding wedding commitment ceremony 'randyfest', we thought we had hit the jackpot with Newlands Bishop Farm. We didn't realise just how lucky we were until we started working with Jade to make our dream possible. The venue itself is dreamy. With its incredible vibrant gardens, greenhouses, farm animals, fairytale woodland area for the ceremony and the HUGE tipi for dancing the night away, it really has a place for everything. Jade was a literal angel. She replied to all of my trivial questions immediately and never accepted my apologies for asking silly questions. She made it clear that NBF is a blank canvas and we can set up the day however we like, with whatever caterers, flexible drinks packages and whatever seating arrangements we wanted. Jade and her team organised everything on the day from bringing the ceremony benches up to the tipi field for speeches, arranging our flower decorations, handing out our choc ices for dessert and all with such a lovely friendly manner. All our guests commented on how excellent and warm the staff were. Our families couldn't praise Jade enough for all that she did on the weekend, and neither can we. We didn't realise we would be getting a coordinator thrown in with the venue, but Jade was much more than that. We can't thank her and the team at NBF. Jade and the team are absolutely amazing at what they do. We had the best day ever, our guests had a fantastic time. The children loved feeding the goats. The Best Day! The Best Day!
Can honestly say I never thought I would feel so calm on my wedding day and that was all thanks to Jade and her team! From the get go they made sure everything was sorted and everything I asked for was in place, the whole day was just amazing from start to finish the venue was absolutely gorgeous our guests couldn’t get over how beautiful it was and still say now how beautiful and amazing the day was! I just love how we was completely in control and was able to make the day our own and put all our personal touches on the day. Nothing was a problem and everything we asked for was done very quickly! Can honestly say I never thought I would feel so calm on my wedding day and that was all thanks to Jade and her team! From the get go they made sure everything was sorted and everything I asked for was in place, the whole day was just amazing from start to finish the venue was absolutely gorgeous our guests couldn’t get over how beautiful it was and still say now how beautiful and amazing the day was! We knew we had found "our place" when we walked into the grounds of Newlands Bishop Farm and were warmly greeted by THE BEST wedding planner around ....Jade. What we loved about Newlands was the idea that you have a complete blank canvas - you can make everything your own , you can use as much of the grounds, and woodland that you want , throw as many ideas as you can at Jade and she will find a way to accommodate them , nothing is too much trouble. The plans went smoothly and we had ample time given, to set up for the dream day that we had envisaged. It could not have gone any better for us , even with the added challenges on the day , meaning we had more Alpacas than we had ordered ! Jade and her wonderful staff took it all in their stride, meaning we didn't have to worry about a thing - our guests and vendors loved every part of the day too - I cannot praise this venue enough and ALL of the staff that make it special, I have and will always encourage people to look here before anywhere else for the perfect wedding venue. We loved it so much we want to do it all again - and maybe we will renew our vows here in 10 years time ... 🙂 I promise if you choose to get married here you will not be disappointed. Jade, When I turned up to go down the aisle to the most tranquil, peaceful, organised setting I’ve ever seen in my life - it was just heavenly! You made marrying my best friend the most gloriously smooth, careful, seamless, joyful experience and you did it with an actual smile on your face. You were there every step of the way, handling all our weird suggestions and it was all like perfection. The venue looked stunning after you guys had set it all up. You supported us the whole day. We Knew Newlands bishop Farm was a special place we felt it the moment we came to look around on our first visit a year ago. We can't begin to thank you for all you have done for us to make our wedding weekend so special. Every single guest commented on what an amazing venue/setting it was. The woods was just magical and was everything I had hoped it would be. It looked beautiful in there. The Tipi is just gorgeous and such a wonderful atmosphere in there. We can't thank you enough for making us feel so welcome and helping us plan our special day NBF will always have a special place in our hearts. What are the tipi and site hire cost?

We offer a simple pricing range:

The Classic Package – £8,000.00

The Signature package – £6,000.00

Saturday twilight package – £4,500.00

Friday twilight package – £3,500.00

Can we get Married onsite?

Yes! We are a licenced wedding venue, please contact Solihull registry office if you would like to get married onsite.

Celebrant led ceremonies are also welcome.

our team will talk through all the options for your ceremony.

Do you charge corkage?

Yes we charge corkage on per bottle we open. The fee applies to any alcohol you provide that is served during moments of the day, such as welcome drinks, during the meal, and for the toast.

This fee covers the chilling and storage of your drinks, the glassware needed, and service from our team where required. We can also provide ice if needed and take care of collecting and disposing of any empty bottles at the end of the event.

One important thing to note is that we only charge corkage bottles that have been opened, so anything unused won’t be included in the fee and will be returned to you.

What are the catering options?

We are a self catering wedding venue, you have the freedom to match your theme with your choice of wedding catering, We will need to see a certificate of liability insurance prior to your wedding from all suppliers. Any electrical equipment will need to have a valid PAT test. We have a fantastic recommended suppliers, See our friends list on our website.

What are the requirements around music?

All DJs and acoustic performers must play through our in-house sound system, Live bands are permitted they must use electric drum kits, all instruments must be played through the system and comply with our sound limits, Our in house sound system is optimised for low noise pollution but keeps the energy high on the dance floor. This is out of respect for our neighbours and the surrounding environment.

Live Bands can only play until 10pm

What time do we have to be offsite on the night?

We call last orders at 10:30pm and close the bar for 11:00pm, All guests must be left the premises 1 hour after the music finishes

DJ’s and music must be finished by 11:00pm after 11:00pm you will be guilding to the main recpetion building to await taxis

Any items left onsite are left at the owners risk and we cannot be held liable for loss or damage.
