Middletons Hotel

We booked Middletons Hotel for our wedding back in January 2022. Leading up to the wedding, Becky was fantastic she answered all our queries and helped us arrange the perfect day! Lewis coordinated the day and he was absolutely excellent, making sure that everything ran faultlessly. All the team were really good and nothing was ever too much trouble. Most of our guests stayed at the hotel during the wedding and all had a wonderful experience, the hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable.

We had the pleasure of having our wedding meal and family stay at Middletons after our registry office wedding. We cannot praise the staff and friendliness enough. They did everything to make our stay special. The hotel is warm and welcoming, rooms are gorgeous with lots of extras and comforts. A perfect base for the city. The food is amazing, genorous portions and fabulous service. We had an amazing time and will definitely plan to return

Myself and my partner had our wedding at Middletons on 29th September 2023 and we cannot express how brilliant it was. It was the perfect venue for a wedding of 40. From start to finish the whole experience booking with Middletons was seamless. Becky the wedding coordinator was lovely, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. Becky is an amazing wedding coordinator! We had the best day ever. All of our guests said the hotel, food and staff are fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Simply the best wedding venue in North Yorkshire for a small intimate wedding. The rooms and the cottage were fantastic, we’ll definitely be back for another visit

We would like to give a big thank you to Becky our wedding coordinator and all of the team at Middleltons hotel for a perfect wedding day . The wedding breakfast was outstanding and very plentiful served by excellent staff who went out of there way to make sure all ran smoothly. Becky took the stress out of the wedding process from the start offering advice and helpful recommendations on the additional requirement’s her knowledge and expertise were very welcome and constantly kept in touch . The setting is perfect for wedding photos , beautifully kept gardens and lots of seating areas to relax after the meal all made for a memorable day that everyone enjoyed. As the Bride and groom we enjoyed the complimentary bridal suite that was waiting with champagne and chocolates it was amazing. We had our wedding at Middletons Hotel in August 2022. It was the most magical day. We arranged our wedding with 4 months to go until the date. With a lot to organise, the communication and help was faultless. Becky made everything feel easy to organise and with quick response times. We were made to feel really special in the run up to the wedding (including the complimentary menu tasting) and on the day itself. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We love this hotel, beautiful rooms, architecture, an amazing backdrop for a wedding with a lovely garden for the drinks reception. On top of this, the service is 5 star quality. The staff are so nice and helpful and will bend over backwards for all of their guests, nothing is too much trouble. The location for York is super central but peaceful. We will definitely return for our future anniversaries. Thank you Middletons for the best day and 3 night stay!

We had our wedding at Middletons and are so happy with our choice. We were well looked after and everything was great from start to finish. No stress at all, we could relax as we were in Becky's very safe hands!! On the day all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Every single person there makes you feel special. Food was lovely, every guest was happy and any adhoc food requests and picky eaters were quickly & discreetly resolved! A portion of the party had dietary requirements and were so happy with their alternatives too. Highlights include: - The bridal suite was amazing! - General above and beyond attitude facilitated by Becky - A very good glass of wine

All of the staff were approachable, helpful and friendly. Special thanks go to Becky Tatham who did everything she possibly could to make our wedding day special for us and our family and friends. Our guests have all commented on how well the day went, with great food and drink in lovely and comfortable surroundings, we would not hesitate to recommend Middletons as a venue for a special occasion. We got married here yesterday and what a lovely place. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. We had Becky as our wedding coordinator. She helped make our day very special. The selection of food and drink was excellent. As well as the hotel room for the night.

Thank you so much for everything you did for us to make our wedding day perfect. Honestly the best day of our lives it was amazing. You and your team made everything look amazing and seamless. Everyone was polite and friendly and just yes of course. It was amazing how you managed to turn around the ceremony room to the wedding breakfast to then evening reception. Everything seemed to happen as if by magic. It looked magical and perfect better than we imagined it to. Our guests were thrilled with how great the service was not just on the day but those that were there for the weekend too. It is the second thing guests comment on when reminiscing about the wedding, thankfully Lauren and I are the first! It was absolutely amazing we loved every moment of it and it was made perfect the entire weekend by Middleton's. It was joy to get married and have you help and guide us through the day and evening. You were amazing each little detail and thought was there and you were there for it all on hand. You and your team must have magic wands never mind walkie talkies and amazing team work. Thank you all once again it was magnificent we wish we could do it again! It truly was our perfect day.
