I had my wedding at this hotel on 30/11. And let me say how absolutely wonderful it was. Not only was the room excellent, service great and food amazing. The atmosphere was great, soft welcoming and so very warm. The staff is so attentive and kind, professional and efficient. We were so very impressed by how they remembered every allergen and preference. They even addressed by husband by name without him needing to introduce himself to staff. The brought out a high chair for a guest baby. They even replaced my and my MOH food because she was helping me so her food got a little cold. These kind of moments make the difference. The grotto and grounds were picturesque so the perfect location for a fairytale wedding. Shockingly having our wedding here such excellent value for money that I had my dream wedding at 60% of my projected cost. This is such a complete and well structured package and makes for excellent value for money without needing to cut corners. Some special mentions: To Muhammed who ran such a tight ship and was a true gem. He left no space for anything but the best memories to be made. To GM Raama (may have spelt this incorrectly) your humility and absolute joy at making my day special even delaying your going home after your shift to be in my photos didn't go unnoticed. You saw I needed help and put me first for that I am grateful. To Charlotte, my darling, you started as a stranger and became a friend. You made my dream day a reality and stood with me through out. It was like having my sister with me. You carried all my stuff and kept me warm and tea'd up on a frosty Novembers day. Thank you thank you thank you. We had our wedding here, from the first visit Charlotte was very welcoming and catering for everything that we wanted and our needs for the wedding nothing was too much . Best wedding coordinator ever! On the day shall introduce me to Mohammed he was very helpful and did everything he could to help even carrying all my stuff to the room. All guests have commented on how catering and kind to the staff were, and that the service was really great, also that the food was lovely, and how smoothly and organised everything was due to the the organisation and the way things was done. Me and my 'now' wife had our wedding here on the 25.10.25. All the staff were amazing with us, especially Charlotte and Mohammed. The whole team couldn't do enough for us and our guests. Everyone commented on how well looked after we all were and how amazing the food and service was. You made our day even more special by taking such good care of us all. Nothing was to much trouble and the extra mile you all went to, to make sure our day was perfect was definitely not un-noticed. We really can't thank you all enough. Perfect wedding at just 6 weeks noticePerfect wedding at just 6 weeks notice
We booked our wedding at the Norton Grange at just 6 weeks notice after our original venue closed down unexpectedly. The wedding planner, Charlotte, couldn’t have done enough for us she was fantastic particularly given our circumstances. Charlotte kept lines of communication open and help us with things like having the cake dropped off, sorting songs with the DJ and having a sign we made placed at the entrance when everyone arrived. On the night the room decorations were spot on, the DJ was great and everyone loved the buffet. Mohammed, the duty manager who was assigned to our event, was very helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly and on schedule. He checked in to ensure everything was okay but wasn’t overbearing. The room was spot on and a travel cot was provided for our son. Breakfast in the morning was as good as any hotel breakfast I’ve had, no complaints. Me and my husband had our wedding here on Saturday (6th Sept) and what a beautiful day we had. The staff were incredible and ensured everything run so smoothly. They were extremely amazing with our 3 year old daughter and out nephew who has severe autism. They catered amazingly for them. Charlotte what an incredible wedding co-ordinator you will have. She was on hand whenever i needed her and her professionalism is second to none. If your considering having your wedding here DO IT you will not be disappointed. I am.so sad it is now over but I cannot wait to come back here for a spa day. Stunning hotel and staff. Honestly cannot do enough for you so Norton Grange all I have to say is thank you so so much for a beautiful day. What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

A lot of our guests have memory tables for the guests that that cannot make the wedding. I think this is a lovely, heart warming touch

We have recently constructed a large decking area overlooking the grounds and neighbouring countryside. From here you can catch the stunning landscapes and sunsets

We have a fair few celebrities that stay with us on regular occasions. We like to respect their privacy.

What’s your favourite canapé?

Definitely the salmon and cream cheese roulade!

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Pepperoni Pizza! Or the bacon butties are a great choice and always go down a storm!

What is your venue's most unique feature?

The Grange Suite has the old original stonework from when the Hotel was built, with large windows which run the entire length of the room and overlook the stunning views of the lawns.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

We love everything about the hotel but currently, we are really excited about our decking platform. It will really wow your guests and is perfect for those stunning photo opportunities.
