Our restored historical spaces welcome civil ceremonies and partnerships in two magical ceremony halls.

Our stunning Grade 1 listed Lady Margaret Hall is the perfect match for an elegant ceremony, hosting up to 60 people. Alternatively the Henry Dene Hall, our largest and most flexible space, can host up to 90 people for your ceremony.

So whether you dream of a simple ceremony, a quirky celebration or a lavish wedding reception, our warm and relaxed atmosphere makes us the perfect place to celebrate with family and friends. We understand that every couple is unique and our packages are easily adaptable, making sure we cover the essentials needed to throw a great celebration.

With over five acres of glorious grounds, featuring curated gardens, grassy lawns and Grade I listed buildings full of character and history, Llanthony Secunda Priory is a beautiful backdrop for your wedding day.

Having decided to plan the wedding in 7 months, I never expected this gorgeous venue to have been available, but they’d just had a cancellation! Charlie was amazing from the first contact through to the big day - lots of emailing and a couple of visits, but nothing was too much trouble. The most amazing day!The most amazing day!
Llanthony is such an amazing backdrop for your day, the whole venue is stunning, the staff are friendly and welcoming. I had multiple meetings with various staff to understand layout, decorations, and had many visits, each time was fully greeted with a smile! Our wedding reception at Llanthony Priory was spectacular. The team at the priory were excellent with helping us plan our special day. From when we viewed the hall to clearing up the next day their staff were helpful and always ready to answer our many questions! The venue is breathtaking and the surrounding grounds were perfect for photos. A wonderful central location in Gloucester not to far away from the main city and many guests stayed in the hotels opposite the priory. Absolutely BeautifulAbsolutely Beautiful
We hosted the first wedding at the Llanthony since it was refurbished. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The staff are lovely.
