Step through the Georgian façade at Linden House to be wined and dined in beautiful rooms of old-world character and be transported to a bygone era that oozes with charm. This intimate riverside venue is the perfect location for a bride and groom to create a magical space for a truly sublime day.
A partnership with Hammersmith and Fulham Council Registrar’s Office has recently been formed due to the acquisition of a Civil Ceremony Licence which now enables our couples to exchange vows and host their ceremony and reception in this quintessential London venue.

They decorated the table beautifully in The Captain's room and it was a wonderful intimate space for our small wedding luncheon. The menus available to choose from were varied and everyone would find something to suit them whatever their tastes. We had the Pork Belly and it was crispy and tender and delicious, The wine and food was very reasonable in cost and the attention to detail was fantastic. Tara and Arthur were so hard working and were wonderful hosts. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. It was an amazing day full of laughter and joy. Thanks all. Tare is so professional, and incredibly attentive to every little detail. She made us feel so completely at ease throughout the planning process and on the day itself. Travel Notes
If approaching from the west, follow the A4 and take the Hammersmith exit. Drive down the slip road and turn right, underneath the flyover, then back onto the A4. Turn left into and straight through the BP petrol station. Turn left as you exit, (Oil Mill Lane, W6 9UA). The last entrance on the left leads onto our forecourt. Approaching from London, turn left after the flyover as above. Upper Mall and Lord Napier Place are both private residential roads, so we would kindly ask you not to park here at any time.
If you are coming on foot from Ravenscourt Park Station make your way to Rivercourt Road. This will lead you to the A4. You will need to get on the other side of the A4 and in order to do so you please use the underpass which will be found by walking all the way to the end of Rivercourt Road and then turning left. This will bring you to the other side of the A4. Please turn right. You then need to walk along the A4 until you reach Rivercourt Road. Please turn on to Rivercourt Road and walk to the end. Please then turn right on to Upper Mall and keep on walking until you see a very large white building with a red door. We are the London Corinthian Sailing Club and Sons of the Thames Rowing Club so please don’t let the boats cause confusion.
If you are coming on foot from Hammersmith Station make your way along King Street and then turn left at Macbeth Street. Make your way through the underpass, turn right and walk all the way along the A4 (away from Hammersmith) until you reach Rivercourt Road. Please then follow the instructions as listed above.
If you are driving please be advised that you will need to book a space with Your Parking Space or Just Park. Our postcode will unfortunately take you to the beginning of Upper Mall so please type in Oil Mill Lane (W6 9UA). This is a tiny lane that is just after the BP garage on the A4. Please proceed to the end of Oil Mill Lane which looks like a dead end. The entrance to the car park is on the left before the barrier to Lord Napier Place.

We had lovely couple who got married at Linden House and they decided to go with a 7 course tasting wedding breakfast with wines paired with each course. The planning of the food and the pairing of the wine with the couple and Chef was so much fun and different to what we have catered before.

Set a date first then find the perfect venue and everything else will fall into place.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
We recently had a wedding and the menus for the bridal guests had seeds in the paper which you can soak and plant for wild flowers.
