Kingston Country Courtyard

When we were looking to get married, we had an idea of the kind of venue we would like. Then we saw Kingston Country Courtyard, and we were blown away. It is the most magnificent setting in the Purbeck countryside, and even if the weather is unkind, the facilities are fantastic and can pretty much cover anything you would anticipate wanting for a wedding and more. But, most importantly, this venue has the very best people to plan with. Planning a wedding is stressful enough as it is, so to have a caring, patient, and highly competent team to work with really makes the entire process an order of magnitude easier! We can’t stress enough how Julie and all of the team at KCC help with the planning process and being there on the day to ensure everything goes very, very smoothly. Our advice would be to have a look at a number of venues, and then choose KCC. It’s the best place, the best setup, and the best people with whom to plan and experience your special day

I recently got married at Kingston country courtyard and it was the best decision we could have made. The whole team at the venue are so caring, compassionate and thorough at their jobs. They supported us with planning the whole day and ensuring that the day ran smoothly from start to finish. The food was amazing and the views were breathtaking. I cant recommend the venue and the team enough!!

We recently had our wedding reception at Kingston Country Courtyard with many of our friends and family staying over the weekend as well. I honestly could fault any of it. They were the perfect hosts and the whole wedding day and weekend were amazing. The grounds and venue are stunning and in a perfect location with fantastic views. The barn which help the reception is beautiful with plenty of space. The food was incredible. The rooms are comfortable with good facilities.

We had our wedding here in August and despite the weather not being completely on our side, we still had an amazing day. The staff were amazing and accommodating to everyone’s needs and made everything run so smoothly. The food and rooms were amazing and all our guests thought so too.

We visited for the weekend to attend a wedding. The rooms were lovely & spotlessly clean. Our dog was given a very warm welcome & the staff couldn't do enough to help during our stay. The food was really good & the location is stunning.

We had our wedding at KCC in June and cannot speak highly enough of all the staff. Julie and Roxanne were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, both in the calls and face to face meetings we had, but also via email when it came to our many questions along the way. Leanne, Claudine, Tony and the team were fantastic over the weekend itself; enthusiastic and friendly. The food was delicious and of course the venue itself is beautiful.

My husband and I got married in St Lucia but really wanted to throw an after party for friends and family, we found this Jem and I’m so glad we did. Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for you, really scrumpy quality food, great selection of well priced drinks, very easy going and a dream to work with for a wedding as they really make you feel like home that you can make it your own. We had our wedding at Kingston Country Courtyard in July 2023 and it was truly the best time ever, and our guests thought so too. Having had the smallest wedding at the venue yet (50 guests), it really was small and intimate. Having a wedding that spans the weekend is just perfect; guests showed up the day before, and were much more relaxed and integrated by the wedding day. The venue is just gorgeous! The barn is so beautiful with wooden and stone floors, stone walls and string lights installed in the roof. The garden is wonderful and nicely shaded. The stable rooms are all generously sized. The accommodation on site is so luxurious and comfortable, our guests were blown away and loved being able to slip back to their rooms throughout the day for a shoe change or nap. There’s also the perfect amount of parking on site and good accessibility. Views of Corfe Castle from the venue make for stunning photo opportunities. And the farmer next door can allow access into the fields for more photos. The food across the weekend was perfect, and tailored to our every wants and needs, in particularly to our Swiss heritage. It was all super delicious, and catered to everyone’s dietary requirements. The bar was also well stocked with our specific alcohol requests. Space was also provided to build and store the wedding cake the evening before. All the dining and bar service were outstanding and professional. The team were super helpful and really accommodating to all of our requests over the weekend. From being first shown round and the several video calls to discuss our many questions, to the actual weekend, the whole team at KCC gave such a personal, helpful and family orientated experience. A special shoutout to Julie and Roxanne for all their help in the lead up to our wedding and preparing our BEO to perfection. And also a huge shoutout and special thanks to Leanne and Tony on the day, you really went above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you for all the help with my dress, managing the bar tab and just being such a positive and supportive presence. Thank you also to the rest of the team for their hard work! The 12th August 2023 really was the best day of out lives. From the moment we viewed the venue with Julie, we had our heart set. Julie and Roxanne were always on the end of the phone or email for me whenever I had any questions or sending over many updates! We hired the whole venue and rooms for our guests. We've heard nothing but praise, every room was clean, tidy, beautiful and some with gorgeous views. When the day arrived we had the hand of Claire helping the day run incredibly smoothly.

With our venue 2 and a half hours drive from our home, and organising a wedding with a 5 month old baby, our event coordinators Julie and Roxanne at KCC have been incredible, on hand to answer all of our (sometimes stupid and pennikity) questions! From always making us feel welcome when we come and visit, to providing us with recommended suppliers, they have been an absolute dream. Trust has been central to our wedding planning and we can not wait to celebrate our love and little family at KCC!
