Almost all with large sofas, luxury bathrooms a a mix of antique and modern decoration with lots of original art. RECEPTION ROOMS 5 large and flexible reception rooms, all licensed for civil ceremonies. Each room is furnished with the relax grandeur that means it looks the part but each is very flexible to be adapted by our portering team as and when you need it - transformed into a disco of band space, set up for banqueting or ceremonies , or arranged as comfy lounges. BANQUETING FURNITURE AN DEUQIPMENT INCLUDED - NO CHARGE We include table linens, crockery, cutlery, chairs and tables so no hidden charges there. BEAUTIFUL LOCATION With 5 acres of mature private gardens, outdoor areas for outdoor ceremonies and also a church on the driveway - there are plenty of options. Tennis court, croquet lawns, archery and other activities available on site. Surrounded by the rolling Devonshire countryside EASY ACCESS It feels very quiet and rural but is just 12 mins drive from M5 (junction 27) and Tiverton Parkway railway station - so under 2 hrs from London by train. FREEDOM AND FLEXIBILITY Every booking includes 5 hrs of one of our event planners and the house can be staffed as you want it - anything from fully self careered to luxury silver service hotel style. You can bring your own suppliers (no extra charges) or use our award winning suppliers network showcasing the best of the SW.
