Andrea: Follow your heart for every single aspect of your special day without worrying about what different couple's have done for their weddings. This is your special day and you have to make it uniquely yours.
Danielle: Consider booking in a hotel rather than a venue as you can use the facilities to your advantage, such as bedrooms for your guests, use of spa facilities, a wedding breakfast the following morning. This way you can keep everything in one place and have as minimal stress on your special day/few days as possible.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Andrea: Incorporating a welcome sign that reflects the cultures of the couple, hand-drawn images of the venue and the guest journey during the wedding day.
Danielle: The table place cards being hand-written by the bride and groom with a unique memory they have with each guest written on them - this was really thoughtful and touching for the guests.

Danielle: The staircase on the 7th floor is a beautiful location for a Bride and Groom, with gorgeous golden banisters originating back to 1865.

Andrea: Mini Jacket Potatoes, Ratatouille, Basil
Danielle: all of them are delicious, but my favourite cold canape is the Vegetable Rice Cake with Vegan Wasabi Emulsion, and my favourite warm canape is the Thai Fish Cake with Peanut Puree.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Andrea: Brioche Bread and Butter Pudding, Crème Anglaise
