The day far exceeded any of our dreams and every single member of staff made our day a wonderful memory! A big shoutout to Jordan who made every request possible- she saw my vision and ran with it, she was calming and efficient and very lovely too. The food was first class - I think every guest told us how amazing it was. We had special dietary requirements and the hotel ensured they had everything they needed without missing out on quality - they say that they’ve never known service like it and was grateful with the effort made. We can’t recommend the Holiday Inn Eastleigh enough its first class service on an affordable budget! Many guests told us it was the best wedding they’d been too and the hotel definitely made that possible!! And the lovely touch to the hotel room on our wedding night was a wonderful touch!!Wish we could do it all again!! Some nice areas to capture important moments and the ceremony/wedding breakfast room is bright and white which is great for photography. Lovely wedding planner and staff too.
