Hockwold Hall is a spectacular Grade II listed manor house wedding venue, set within a beautifully secluded estate in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. With parts of the Hall dating back to the 1500s, the venue blends rich history, elegant architecture and natural beauty to create a truly timeless setting for weddings.
Nestled in a peaceful Breckland village near the borders of Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, Hockwold Hall offers couples exclusive use of the house and grounds, allowing you and your guests to relax and celebrate without interruption.
The estate features ornamental gardens, sweeping lawns and tranquil outdoor spaces, providing breathtaking backdrops for ceremonies, drinks receptions and photography throughout the seasons. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a larger gathering, the setting feels both grand and welcoming.
We specialise in exclusive weekend wedding packages, giving couples the freedom to enjoy a full wedding experience rather than just a single day. On-site facilities include a tennis court, hot tub, sauna, gym, fitness trail, croquet lawn, volleyball court and BBQ area, making it ideal for relaxed, multi-day celebrations with friends and family.

Everything from the accommodation to the food is amazing. The team literally will be there for you every step of the way and nothing is too much. Our guests couldn’t believe we found such an amazing venue. We had comments on how smooth the day went and even had multiple people saying this was the best wedding they have ever been to, which was so lovely to hear! Hockwold was an amazing wedding venue and we genuinely had a wedding day where we wouldn’t change a thing, they ensured we able to do everything we wanted, allowed us to do all our weird requests including an exploding golf ball photo shoot! The day ran so smoothly and they blended into the day and truly let us relax and enjoy the day. I would recommend hockwold to anyone, it’s great value for money and they make it so personable that it truly is a special day. The perfect day!!
