The recently completed Hidden River Barn has been designed to a rustic, modern industrial theme. The Barn can hold from 50-250 people and is very much in keeping with its beautiful surroundings. Our luxuary accomodation can be hired for your guests to stay and have a wonderful 2 or 3 day wedding experience. We pride ourselves on being a bespoke venue, your wedding day is exactly that - 'yours'. We will accommodate your ideas, creativity and inventiveness wherever we can. All of our beautiful log cabins and oak framed reception building and barn are licensed for your ceremony as is our new Hidden River Barn. Invite all of your family and friend to Hidden River Cabins and let them enjoy our luxury accommodation, all have hot tubs and stunning views and with a recent addition of our sauna onsite your guests will have an incredible stay whilst also enjoying celebrations. We provide the catering and bar services for weddings and are able to tailor your menu to your requirements. We can offer a wide a range of catering options 3 x Course Meals, BBQ's, Hog Roasts etc. We do weddings during the week on a Tuesday and a Thursday. Amazing Venue, who helped make our wedding day everything we dreamed of! We booked a viewing at Hidden River Barn to see about getting married there and it was the first and only venue we went to! We fell in love with it as soon as we seen it, stunning barn, gorgeous surroundings, all the accommodation was perfect and we loved that we could offer all of our guests to stay on the site. From booking the venue to right up until the wedding day.Amazing Venue, who helped make our wedding day everything we dreamed of! A true Eden The moment we drove onto the Hidden River site we became obsessed. It is truly the most magical place. After visiting the barn we knew we just couldn’t get married anywhere else! Robyn, our co-ordinator, was so welcoming and so invested in making our day amazing. We felt so special! All of the staff really share your excitement and you can tell they have a real passion for what they do. The few days we spent at hidden river for our wedding were just the most incredible days. Hidden River Barn is truly the most special venue! We were lucky enough to get married here in June 2024 and had the most amazing weekend with all our favourite people. To have all our guests stay on site and able to celebrate both the evening before and the day after made our weekend everything we could have hoped for and more. All of our guests commented on how beautiful a venue it was. The food all weekend was unreal.Hidden River Barn is truly the most special venue! We were lucky enough to get married here in June 2024 and had the most amazing weekend with all our favourite people. Venue of our dreams!! The whole Hidden River Barn team were incredible. Our wedding day was absolutely magical and we could not have asked for a more perfect wedding. Mr & Mrs Shuttleworth 23.08.25 Best day of our lives. The venue was incredible, all the accommodation was just a dream and to have everybody on site for a whole weekend made it that extra bit special. The food was to die for and all the guest complimented on how good the food was. The team on the day were excellent and the service standards were top-notch. We got married here and it was genuinely the most perfect setting for our day. The venue is so naturally beautiful that it truly speaks for itself, every corner is like a picture. Being able to create and set up all of our décor myself made it feel even more personal, and the space showcased everything perfectly. The team were amazing from start to finish, organised, attentive and always there to help. The whole day ran smoothly because of them, and we felt completely supported the entire time. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the venue, and when we look back at our photos and video, it just reminds us how magical it really was. Choosing the Hidden River Barn was one of the best decisions we made. We’d wholeheartedly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning, memorable place to get married. We celebrated our Wedding at Hidden River Barn on 31/05/2025, and honestly, it was everything we’d hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, there was this lovely sense of calm! A special shout-out has to go to Laura, our wedding coordinator, who was nothing short of wonderful. She was always right there when we needed her - somehow managing to appear at exactly the right moments, often with a much-needed drink in hand - yet never once felt imposing. She made the day feel effortless. The barn itself is an absolute beauty. Warm, rustic, and elegant all at once, with those incredible views over the river that make the whole day feel like a fairytale. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how stunning the setting was. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was relaxed and romantic, and every detail was handled with real care. We felt completely looked after from start to finish, and we’ll be forever grateful for how beautifully everything came together. If you’re considering Hidden River Barn… book it. Truly. We got married here at the end of august 25. We cannot put into words how incredible our day was - it was beyond all expectations! Robyn was out coordinator and was absolutely incredible from start to finish- from the planning spreadsheet and check ins which made the planning process so easy! The in person check in with wine and menu tasting which was so lovely and our guests raved about the wine choices! To the big day; the support in setting up, checking in on us on the morning of, being a friendly face before walking down the aisle (even helping with my dress). The staff as a whole were incredible- so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were unbelievable they were more than happy to make lemoncello spritz for all of our guests ❤️ a mention also for how well all the allergens were handled (including two nut allergies) all guests who had allergies have spoken of how well accommodated they felt! We ended up completely booking up the site’s accommodation which made it all the more special for us and everyone loved the accommodation allowing for them to relax ahead of the day and enjoy morning walks and even fishing! Also sitting in the hot tub under the a beautiful starry sky! We cannot thank everyone enough for making our day the most perfect imaginable 🤍🤍🤍We got married here at the end of august 25.
