Hard Days Night Hotel is the crowning glory in Liverpool's collection of wedding venues. Set within a classical 1880's building with its unrivalled design, its the ideal location for those couples looking for an exclusive and intimate wedding or civil partnership in the heart of Liverpool. The hotel's unique wedding suite, named 'Two of Us', is the perfect setting for a wedding. The suite has been decorated with subtle tones which provide a glamorous backdrop for you, the special couple to make your entrance via a dramatic spiral staircase. The Two of Us suite can accommodate up to 75 guests for civil ceremonies. Wedding breakfasts can then be taken in one of the hotel's function rooms adjacent to the Two of Us suite for up to 110 guests with evening receptions being held for up to 180 guests. Civil Ceremonies - Many happy couples are choosing to have a civil ceremony rather than a traditional church wedding service. Hard Days Night Hotel have designed the Two of Us Suite exclusively for civil ceremonies. We book our wedding 18 months ago as soon as we walked around and speaking to the staff we new this was the place for us Leading up to the wedding they emailed us and made sure that everything that we wanted was planned so all staff knew what to do Our day was 11.10.25 it was the most amazing day ever We stayed the night before and was able to set a few things up in the room before the wedding the next day. Staff were every supportive and nothink was any trouble to them I had booked a few of the family to stay the night before and we all had a meal in the restaurant food was beautiful. The Day was perfectThe Day was perfect
I just wanted to say a huge thank for our special day on the 1st December 2002. The day itself was perfect and exactly how we had hoped, which we believe was in no small part down to you. We chose Hard Days Night Hotel for our wedding due to the venue absolutely blowing us away. Like most venues, they are only as good as the team working in them, so there is always a concern you've made the right choice and it will match your expectation. From the moment we had our first meeting, all of that uncertainty disappeared. We knew we'd made the right decision. Your planning and organisation of the day, took away so much of what should have been stressful and a worry. We knew exactly what was happening throughout out the day and everything followed the plan. We spoke to a number of our guests about booking rooms, all of them had booked using the code without any problem, I went through the process myself for a couple of guests and the staff were warm and friendly. They received emails confirming the bookings and to checking in which sped up the process on arrival. I was in Reception when others arrived and despite it being busy, the staff remained pleasant and dealt with customers and queries with patience and professionalism, checking guests in without them being rushed. Each guest appeared to be the most important. The rooms that we went in were spotlessly clean and unbelievably large. All facilities were of a high standard. Again, this was commented on by a number of our guests. We used a couple of suppliers that aren't part of the hotel's portfolio of suppliers, but that didn't faze anyone, everything was delivered and was where it needed to be and when it needed to be. After the ceremony we moved into Harry's Bar, the drinks reception was in place for the guests arrival, with Canapés soon following. Again, this happened without fuss. The staff even kept a plate of Canapés for us as they knew we were away getting photos, which was a nice touch, which was gratefully received. The bar staff were really good, throughout the evening. The first guy looking after the bar was excellent, he was attentive and friendly throughout the evening and kept the drinks flowing. The girls who followed him had a tough act to follow, but didn't disappoint, please pass on my thanks to them for nearly getting some of the jokes my comedy genius guest bombarded them with. There confusion was far funnier than the jokes. There was a lot of bewilderment that they didn't know what Pernod was!! The choice and quality of the food was fantastic, and again was commented on by the guests. I would also mention the DJ, he seemed to get the feel of the room very quickly, with the only time the dance floor was not full was when it was cleared for our first dance. Even as we were leaving Eric, the concierge couldn't do enough for the guests leaving. He chatted and entertained some of our more "dishevelled" guests and made sure we all left with a smile. We had the most amazing day thank you. It was worth the 4 year wait. We felt very well looked after by every member of staff that we interacted with. You kept us calm just before we went into the Two of Us suite. You were incredibly help and JP and I are so grateful to you. Many of the guests who had never been to the hotel before said what a fantastic venue it was and so unique to Liverpool. A Brilliant CelebrationA Brilliant Celebration
A brilliant Beatles celebration. We stayed in the John Lennon suite which was amazing. Right in the heart of the city and a great atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Eric who really seemed to want to make sure we enjoyed our time in town. A brilliant Beatles celebration. Best hotel to stay in Liverpool Centre, you have Cavern Club just around the corner with Beatles atmosphere and songs I really recommend this hotel. The venue was amazing. Every one of my guest commented on how beautiful the hotel was and well kept. The food was amazing and got 5* all round. I have to say the girls on the front desk are a great they couldn’t do enough for you and always have smiles on their faces which is always nice to see. We can’t thank you enough for Saturday. It’s been a rough few years with all the Covid cancellations but it was 1million percent worth the wait. Food was amazing, organisation was fantastic and the day ran so smoothly. We can see that you are very experienced and amazing at your job! The venue speaks for itself so beautiful.
