A dream come true!
We recently celebrated our wedding at God's House Tower in Southampton, and it was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we started planning, the manager was incredible to work with. The venue itself is absolutely stunning! Our guests were in awe of the beautiful setting, and the ambiance created a magical atmosphere for our ceremony and reception. The staff were professional, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The decor to the catering meticulously planned and executed.

100%, without a doubt recommend
Myself and my husband had our wedding reception here. It is a stunning venue in central Southampton. Lots of history and heritage for something different and interesting. It has three separate floors so guests can spread out and chill. Considerate of accessibility too! Hannah and her staff were fantastic in the run up to and then on the night, accommodating of every request and really friendly. Thank you everyone. 100%, without a doubt recommend.

The views from the roof are awesome
It was really worth the wait for the restoration to be completed. The audio/visual presentations are excellent and illustrate the importance of the building and the history of Southampton very well. The views from the roof are awesome. The staff are young, enthusiastic, well informed and friendly. The cafe by the entrance provides light lunches and other snacks and really good coffee.

Thank you for everything!
Liam and I just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything you did to help us celebrate our wedding at GHT. We had the most amazing evening, and the team made the process easy from the beginning, which is really appreciated. Thank you for speaking with each of the vendors and organising where they needed to be - it made everything really easy on the night. Everything looked wonderful and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love God’s House Tower. A beautiful little gem in Southampton. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the history of this beautiful place. The food is delicious, all locally sourced which is fantastic. The exhibition spaces are stunning. If you love history and yummy food I highly recommend GHT. You won’t be disappointed.

GHT exceeded our every expectation
GHT exceeded our every expectation and dream for our wedding reception. The building has a beautiful balance between modern and embracing its history. Quirky and intimate, the different spaces provided for the stages of the evening and all of our guests. Hannah and the GHT staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in the run up and on the day, we can’t thank them enough. Our guests were incredibly complimentary of the venue and said it suited us to a T! Honestly would recommend GHT to anyone!

Find out a bit more from our FAQs

Describe the best wedding that happened at Gods House Tower?

A memorable one was a couple who were really into the Bristol heavy metal music scene and they turned the main gallery space into a dance floor. We really helped them run with their ideas and brought in specialist beers and ciders and artwork for them to recreate one of their favourite nights in Bristol.
