We simply cannot put into words how much we enjoyed our wedding day at The KP, it was everything we have ever dreamed of and more!! The venue was absolutely perfect and all the staff at The KP were outstanding. A special thanks to Mandy and Lucy who did a fantastic job at ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day, we loved having you both there with us on our special day! Your attention to detail was second to none and we cannot thank you both enough for everything you did for us on the day.

Went for our anniversary nice to get away somewhere quiet but close enough to York. Facilities were 1st class. What more can i say. Highly recommended 👌

The Service from The KP staff was the best. They really looked after us every step of the way. We have stayed here every year since we met. The wedding breakfast was amazing and all went to plan, the vibe was out of this world.

We got married here on the 11th August and all I can say is wow! An absolutely stunning venue with the perfect layout. Running up to the day, Magda and Lucy were so helpful - no questions what too mediocre. Questions were answered thoroughly and promptly and the flexibility to suit our budget and needs was great. On the day, Mark looked after us. What a gentlemen. He guided us through the day and was amazing with us and the guests - it felt like he had known us for months not hours! Adding professionalism, humour and support all in one. Libby was such a wonderful girl. She was so polite (as were all staff) and shone with her patience! Having young children run around your feet when working is not the easiest, but she was so patient with my 5 year old son even letting him have the silver tray to help clear some glasses - he is still asking to go back with his friend and help do his job<3 The day was flawless (and if there were any hiccups, none that the bride, groom or guests knew of). We got access the day prior to set up our decor and evening staff were so helpful moving chairs and our arch across rooms due to a function that was happening during our set up. The grounds were perfect for our photos. We had access to the decking area which was also reserved for guests and the perfect spot for photos with the incredible views. A short walk down the front of the venue gave the perfect back drop for our couples photos. Overall, an incredible, memorable experience that I would recommend to anyone. We highly recommend this venue, from start to finish they have been absolutely amazing! Debbie helped with the booking of the lodges and rooms. Magda was always at the end of the phone when we needed her, and Mark was amazing with guiding us through the day. Nothing was too much for anyone. The bar staff the waiters all amazing. The venue is so pretty and really good value for money. We all really enjoyed the food! The day was just perfect, the only downfall is that its all over but we will be back to stay there for sure. My heart is so full after our wedding last week. What an amazing venue we had so many compliments from the guests and external staff about how amazing the venue and people were. Mark and Magda were incredible, helped us every step of the way and made things so stress free for us. There wasn't a single moment where I felt remotely worried or stressed as the bride, they made sure everything was covered. Kilnwick Percy have such a family setting, you can tell the staff enjoy what they do, they treat you as part of their KP family and all round we really enjoyed their presence, so much so we invited them up to our wedding once they'd finished their shift. On top of that, the lodges are incredible, so clean and quiet and peaceful. We stayed until the Monday and it was perfect for a bit of relaxing after the big day. Having a potter down to the restaurant for a lovely meal it was just perfect from the minute we got there to the second we left. We've made a promise to return on our anniversary and we've had a few of our guests say they'll definitely be staying again. All our guests called it out as the best wedding, they loved how intimate, relaxed and full of love it was and I put all that down to the KP team. A massive thank you so much for making our dream wedding come true, it's a day we'll never forget.

We couldn’t have asked for a better day! The whole team at KP were brilliant from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble! It was important for us to have a venue where all our friends and family could stay as they were travelling from all over the country, the accommodation was great and with the help of Debbie our guests had everything they needed. Magda had every last detail planned for the big day and she was such a pleasure to work with, nothing was too much to ask. Mark was brilliant as our master of ceremonies, lots of our guests commented on how lovely he was and he really put us at ease. The food was excellent, big portions and delicious! Everyone at KP made us feel so welcome and made our big day so special. Thank you!

From looking around the venue, to booking it and then our actual wedding day, I cant thank everyone at Kilnwick Percy resort enough! All members of staff we dealt with were amazing and made sure everyone had the best day! The food was out of this world... The help with organisation was great, I really didnt feel stressed at all the day before when we decorated or throughout the wedding. I did miss the bridal golf cart though!! :'( Just want to give a massive shout out to our Master of Ceremonies Mark, couldnt have helped more than he did, he had a laugh with us all and didnt mind when we were bossing him around whilst decorating the rooms!! Youre the best Mark! The lodges and Huxtable Suite were also amazing! I literally just want to do it all over again! :D Thank you so much KP!
