My husband and I got married at Kimberley Hall 16/08/25 and had the best day ever! We booked the venue back December 2023 & were living in The Netherlands up until the year of the wedding so had to do all of our planning from afar. We didn't have a wedding planner, so we were emailing Becca with all of our questions and things we'd forgotten right up until the day of the wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for Becca & also the owners were very accommodating with some of our requests outside the norm. We had the accommodation on site for the weekend, plus a bell tent and set up on the Friday. Everything went so smoothly and all of the staff were extremely friendly and hard working. Becca was our on the day coordinator and ensured everything went to plan and we didn't have a single worry all day. The caterers that came with the package, MacKenzie-David were also amazing throughout the canapés and dinner and ensured we didn't go hungry through the photo sessions, chasing us around with our favourite canapés and keeping our glasses topped up. Dave on the bar was also amazing with our signature cocktails and chatting us through the wine options. Kimberley were the best hosts. They were so flexible and relaxed which made organisation so easy and took the stress out of everything. They dealt with all of our suppliers directly when needed. The Kimberley team had great attention to detail, to the point that they freshly cut the grass in November and raked the gravel to make sure that our photos looked as good as possible. Our guests and us all had the best time. Kimberley helped us plan and adapt the day so it flowed perfectly and all the pieces came together - from adding on extra cocktails to adapting the mezzanine level layout. The accommodation was incredible, one of the nicest bath views I’ve come across in the bridal suite! We have such happy memories from an incredible weekend at Kimberley Hall, and we can’t thank the team enough. Kimberley were the best hosts. Simply perfect Simply perfect
My now-husband and I got married at Kimberley Hall earlier this month and it was simply PERFECT in a word. Sarah and her team were extremely helpful with organising and liaising with our various suppliers I preparation for our big day. Even on the day itself Sarah was brilliant at attending to all the background aspects of our day to ensure it ran without a hitch. Kimberley Hall is simply stunning! Beautiful building, with amazing view from the gardens and bedrooms. The west wing was just what we wanted, a barn inspired feel and the layout was lovely. Kimberley Hall is a stunning venue. Becca was a brilliant wedding coordinator. She was so helpful in the run up to the wedding, always answering our queries promptly. The gardens are amazing. The hall itself is stunning with a great ceremony room with a beautiful floor to ceiling window, a great bar area, function room, lounge area and also the upstairs accommodation is lovely. The function area is large and we had 74 guests for dinner and a further 100 guests in the evening – perfect numbers for the room.The gardens are amazing.
