Licensed for Civil Ceremonies: Choose from four beautifully appointed rooms licensed for civil ceremonies or partnerships, accommodating intimate gatherings of 10 guests up to celebrations of 100.
Versatile Reception Suites: Host your wedding breakfast in one of four stunning banqueting suites. The Versailles Suite, featuring hand-painted murals and grand bay windows, seats up to 110 guests for a lavish meal. For larger parties, a marquee on our pristine lawns can welcome up to 200 guests.
Exclusive Use Option: Make the entire estate yours. With exclusive use, our dedicated team focuses solely on your wedding, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience from start to finish.

Accommodation: Your guests can unwind in 75 individually designed luxury rooms and suites. As a special gift, many wedding packages include a complimentary River Suite for the happy couple.
Spa & Facilities: Treat yourself and your guests to our award-winning spa featuring a 20-meter swimming pool, sauna, and steam rooms—perfect for relaxing before or after the big day. We also provide ample parking and a private helicopter landing facility for added convenience.

Honestly was the best day of our lives, we cannot thank you and all the staff for making it all so magical. Our guests thought it was the best wedding they’ve been to and the settings and food were just superb. I knew it was going to be amazing because of how special Danesfield is but it really was beyond those expectations. Danesfield will be very special to us and we will be back to visit! All of our weddings here at Danesfield House are equally as amazing! However, a few of our favourite touches we've seen are 'Pimp your Prosecco' on the Terrace and a Live Painter for the day.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Set-up a wedding email address for all correspondence between suppliers and your chosen venue - it keeps everything organised and easy to track. No question is also too small - lean on your wedding co-ordinator and ask as many questions as you need, we are here to help!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

One of our couples wrote individual personalised poems for each of their guests which were positioned at their place setting - so thoughtful!

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

There are so many - it is difficult to choose! We do however love our beautiful Viewing Point to the River Thames. Stunning at 'Golden Hour'.

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

We hosted George and Amal Clooney's UK Wedding celebration in October 2014.

What’s your favourite canapé?

Our favourite has got to be - Lobster, Mango and Basil - Delicious!

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

You cannot beat our Bacon Rolls & Mini Fish & Chips.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

It is hard to choose just one. We have a beautiful south facing terrace, stunning high ceilings, large chandeliers, grand open fireplaces, 65 acres of gorgeous grounds and so much more!

What part of your business are you most proud of?

We are proud of our entire business, we are a unique venue steeped in history with a great team of staff for both the planning of your special day and on the day itself.
