Crug Glâs

From booking the date, to the run up to the wedding, Crug Glas couldn’t do enough to help and advise us. We can’t fault the advice and suggestions we received. The menu tasting was a first class experience, and nothing was too much trouble. Having the venue from Thursday afternoon was brilliant, it meant we could decorate and organise deliveries without too much stress. Then the big day arrived, and everything ran smoothly thanks to the wonderful staff. A special thank you must go to the wedding co-ordinator Sandra, the communication from day one has been excellent, from suggesting companies for hiring chairs, photographers etc to helping setting up and keeping things in order on the day. One thing all guests remember from a wedding is the food, and we have heard nothing but fantastic compliments from all our guests, and we would have to agree. We were lucky to have a dry day on the 5th October, although a very windy one, we enjoyed walking the grounds for some beautiful shots, along with some at the door way of the beautiful house. It truly was a fantastic day that could not of gone so well, and ran so smoothly if it wasn’t for the support and experience of the wonderful Janet, Perkin and Sandra. Diolch yn fawr iawn.

We had the most amazing day! From start to finish and even after Crug Glas was outstanding! Nothing was too much for them Our guest commented on how amazing the good and staff were and still 3 months on we are still getting feedback from out guests! We can not thank the staff enough

We booked our wedding back in August 2022. Throughout the whole experience Sandra was fantastic. She was on hand to help with anything big and small . Sandra helped our day run so smoothly . When we say it was the most amazing day, we mean it!! From first going to view the venue, to the next day after our special day it was so magical!! Crug Glas is a stunning place and the staff are the icing on the cake. Nothing was too much and made us feel so welcomed!! You are in control of your day and the staff (especially Sandra) just make it all come together! We honestly can't recommend this place more if we tried! It was the best day ever and we want to relive the whole thing over again. Our guest still talk about how fantastic it was now! So Crug Glas keep doing what your doing, cause your smashing it!!

All I can say is if you are looking for a venue look no further ! We booked our wedding two years ago and Sandra was fantastic throughout . She answered countless emails and could not do more for us . She welcomed our ideas with so much joy and happiness. We got married at Crug Glas on the 2nd of December after booking in April 2021, and we cannot recommend it enough. Throughout the two years the wedding was booked for, the team at Crug Glas were always super quick to respond to any queries we had and happy to answer the phone to answer questions, even if they were silly ones, they never made us feel silly for calling! Sandra was absolutely amazing at remembering every detail about our big day in the lead up. Sometimes it felt as though we were the only couple to ever get married there, as she was so good at remembering all the small details about our day. Even if I'd phoned her out of the blue and caught her off guard regarding the smallest of things - she would always know what I was referring to, even though she must have been so busy. Both Sandra and Bethan felt as though they were part of the day themselves as they shared so much excitement with us in the lead up. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. It's a blank canvas, and we loved that we were able to personalise The Cow Shed to make our day unique. Looking through photos of other weddings that have been hosted here, they all have their individual twist on them with different themes and colour schemes and it felt personal to us. Every request we had to personalise The Cow Shed was met with enthusiasm - we had vases with candles in down the aisles and for the table centrepieces which other venues had said we wouldn't be allowed when we were venue hunting initially, but Crug Glas were so accommodating and we were able to include things like for the wedding we've always envisioned. We also designed a custom cocktail and shot which the bar staff served on the night, which was such a nice touch. Nothing was too much and the set-up was beautiful. We also loved how exclusive the venue is. We (and some of the suppliers) arrived on the Thursday before the wedding and it was all ours to start setting up for ahead of Saturday. It was so nice to feel as though we weren't on a conveyer belt of weddings, it was so relaxed having all this time to set up for the big day. The food was absolutely delicious, although we knew this having sampled so much of it in the lead up! The rooms are also absolutely stunning with beautiful views, and we look forward to returning to celebrate anniversaries in coming years. Thank you all so much again, it all ran so smoothly but that wouldn't have been possible without your help - I know that our wedding wouldn't have been what it was at another venue!

Our wedding day at Crug Glas exceeded all expectations. The Space: The spacious layout easily accommodated our 140 guests and provided an intimate yet open atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. The picturesque setting made for stunning photographs and unforgettable memories. The Staff: The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, from the setup to assisting our guests. Their professionalism and warmth added an extra layer of comfort and joy to our day. We felt supported and cared for throughout the entire event. The Food: Now, let's talk about the food - it was phenomenal! From the canapes to the main course and desserts, every dish was a masterpiece. The quality, presentation, and flavors were exceptional. It was great to hear that all our guests were raving about the food. It wasn't just us; everyone commented on how delicious and diverse the menu was. The catering team deserves applause for their culinary expertise; they made our wedding feast unforgettable! Overall Experience: Our wedding at Crug Glaswas an absolute dream come true. The combination of a stunning venue, attentive staff, and mouthwatering food made it an unforgettable experience for us and all our guests. We can't thank the team enough for their hard work and dedication in making our day so incredibly special.

We had our wedding at Crug Glas and could not have asked for more. Everyone who worked at Crug Glas went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we wanted. The day itself went so well and Crug Glas managed everything, allowing us and our guests to just enjoy the day. Our guests even commented on how great the venue was, how helpful everyone who worked there were and how great the food was! The whole setting is amazing and every detail is thought of. We can't describe how wonderful our wedding day was at Crug Glas. All of the team at the venue were so friendly and helpful throughout the build up to the wedding. Their experience and organization ensured no detail was missed and they did everything possible to make sure we had the perfect day. Not only is the venue and setting beautifully kept, but the food was fantastic - many of our guests commented on how much they had enjoyed the whole day. It was so nice that we were given a black canvas to style our wedding how we wanted it, but the team were always on hand to help us get things perfect. Nothing was ever any trouble for the team and their relaxed (but very efficient) way of working took a lot of stress out of the planning for us. A massive thank you to everyone at Crug Glas! We will be making a regular trip for Sunday lunch!

In July we had our wedding party at Crug Glas and from start to finish it was absolutely fantastic. Sandra was awesome, nothing was too much trouble and ensured to deliver every request we had. The Cow Shed is a brilliant space, a blank canvas you can totally transform into your own. We were absolutely blown away with the food it exceeded all our expectations. We cannot recommend Crug Glas enough to anyone looking for a first class wedding venue.
