From the moment you enquire, you'll be assigned a dedicated Wedding Co-Ordinator who will be with you every step of the way, and they can help you with as much or as little as you'd like.
AN IDEAL VENUE FOR LARGE OR SMALL WEDDINGS Whether you want 50 or 320 guests, we have the right room for you. For larger gatherings, we have the stylish Grand Ballroom and for more intimate ceremonies, the Treo suite is ideal. Overlooking the beautiful courtyard garden, it’s the perfect setting for your special day. Both of these elegant suites have their own reception and private bar.
FLEXIBLE PACKAGES Our wedding packages are specially designed to help you plan your wedding, so you can relax and look forward to your perfect day. We have a range of options to suit all budgets and plenty of optional extras for you to choose from. A Self catering option is available allowing you to hire the Grand Ballroom, bringing in your own suppliers.

We choose to have our reception in the trio suite as we were having only 50 guests for our wedding breakfast. It was decorated as we had planned and the food was delicious and portion sizes generous. Staff were professional and helpful. Our toast master, DJ and event planner supported us through the planning of our wedding and were amazing on our day. Other than a few issues raised after our wedding regarding mainly the hotel room (poor lighting, no where for your dress to hang) the wedding and days after were near to perfect and we are very grateful. We look forward to celebrating our wedding anniversary with the hotel next year.I had always wanted to get married at the Felbridge Hotel and luckily for me my husband didn't object. The team surprised us with an LED dance floor that we so badly wanted but was no longer part of our budget due to numbers rising and I can't thank them enough, it was an amazing surprise and just made us feel like they really cared! Every wedding we help host is different and unique - we couldn't possibly pick the best!
In all our weddings we have hosted we believe it is important- What made it particularly memorable was how seamlessly the day flowed and how relaxed and happy the couple were from start to finish. Their guests were fully engaged, the atmosphere was warm and celebratory, and every detail came together flawlessly. It was a perfect example of how our venue can be tailored to create a truly unforgettable wedding day.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Remember, it's about you and your partner. As long as there is love and you have each other, everything else will fall into place.
Always do as a team and together you will fill closer and that the wedding day is super important to you both.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Every couple adds a personal touch, but a memorable wedding had two wedding cakes - one pretty and floral, the other Star Wars themed!
All our weddings are so different and we love them all because of this, not one is the same.
But there was a Disney cake that told the story on how they met to their wedding day and I think this is a very personal touch.
