Christchurch Mansion

This exquisite Suffolk venue has four main reception rooms, more than 80 acres of parkland and its own bandstand, giving you a range of options for your special day. Wedding ceremonies take place in the atmospheric Lower Tudor Room, which sees a beautifully ornate fireplace taking centre stage. The richly carved mantelpiece provides the backdrop to your service, and the detailed line-fold panelling adds an intimate feel to the room. Capacity for wedding ceremonies is up to 45 people. Full venue hire is available for your reception. The Great Hall, at the heart of the Mansion, provides a striking focal point for your celebration and can accommodate a seated or buffet style reception. When the formalities are out of the way, you and your guests can take to the black and white marble floor to relax and unwind, enjoying your choice of band, music or entertainment. With the included hire of the China Room, the Victorian Kitchen and an outside seating area, there is more than enough room to dance, eat and have fun. Whether you want separate areas for evening entertainment, photo booths or children’s activities, we can adjust the venue to suit you. Capacity for the reception is up to 150 people.
