After saying ‘I do’, the Cowgirl Room is a private area and the ideal space for you and up to 100 guests to be wined and dined.
In line with our ethos that a wedding should be all about faultless food, fantastic company and a joyful shared experience, the Cowgirl Room is a blank canvas for you to decorate however you choose; anything goes!
Forget stuffy, sit-down three-course dinners, Cave wedding menus are an exciting sensory journey of colourful sharing dishes, delivering huge flavours that everyone will love getting involved in. The antithesis of a traditional wedding menu, its all about pairing incredible flavours and ultimately sharing an impressive feast with your friends and family.
Accommodating up to 200 evening guests, the outside space is also exclusively yours for the day, with casual seating for your friends and family to sit back and be utterly wowed by your personalised firework spectacular that will finish your night.

At the Cave Hotel, we've had the pleasure of hosting many beautiful weddings, but one that truly stands out is the wedding of Sarah and David.
The couple exchanged vows in a breath-taking ceremony surrounded by soft candlelight and their nearest and dearest. The reception was held in our enchanting Cowgirl Room venue, which was adorned with elegant floral arrangements and twinkling lights, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The guests enjoyed a sumptuous Firepit feast of delicious cuisine, followed by an epic firework display. It was truly a fairy tale wedding that the happy couple and their guests will never forget.

A our venue, we have several unique features that make us stand out from the other standard hotels.
One of our most distinctive features is our opti-myst fires, which create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. These state of the art fires use a water vapour to create a realistic flame effect, making them both eco-friendly and safe for our guests. Another feature that sets us apart is our luxurious king-size beds, which ae fitted with Harrison Spinks mattresses to ensure a restful nights sleep for all our guests.
Our venue is also known for our fine wood-smoked cuisine, which is prepared using traditional smoking techniques and the freshest ingredients for an unforgettable dining experience. These unique features come together to create an exceptional hotel experience that guests will remember long after they leave our venue.
