As a licensed wedding venue, we welcome you to hold both your ceremony and reception with us. You can take your vows in the beautiful barns, with flagstone floors and authentic oak beams lending themselves to a particularly romantic setting. Or in summer months, enjoy an elegant outdoor ceremony, exchanging rings under the ancient archway of the Loggia. You have exclusive use of three medieval barns for dining and dancing is yours, with space for up to 200 evening guests. You will also have access to the landscaped courtyards for your drinks reception, and explore lovingly looked–after gardens for your all-important wedding photos. Your party will enjoy exclusive use of beautiful accommodation – with a luxurious Honeymoon Suite awaiting the happy couple, with our compliments.

Thank you so much to Caswell House for hosting us for our wedding last year. There wasn't a single thing we would change and they even worked miracles with the weather for us...! Nothing was too much hassle, the systems they have in place for dropping off decorations and taking them away again are brilliant and it was the perfect venue for our big day. They clearly have a lot of experience hosting days like ours as it was completely smooth, we weren't involved in any setup/take down and everything was exactly as we'd envisioned/asked. It's a beautiful location and our photos speak for themselves!Thank you so much to Caswell House for hosting us for our wedding last year. When we went to look at Caswell House, we knew from the moment we walked in, this was to be our Wedding venue. It is just stunning! The pictures of this venue do not do it justice, the barns, the grounds, just beautiful! The team as Caswell House are amazing, they were excellent with their communication, always willing and happy to help with any minor or major issues. The staff made everything feel less stressful. We had Anna as our wedding co-ordinator, she is excellent at her job and so handy to have on hand for the build up to our wedding day and especially on the day to keep everything running smoothly, thank you so much Anna. Everyone at Caswell was lovely and helpful every step of the way. We had the most amazing day and night, we just wish we could do it all again!! Can highly recommend Caswell House as a wedding venue, you will not be disappointed and neither will your guests! My husband and I were married here in February 2025 and Caswell made our day all we dreamed of! I can't put into words just how wonderful the team is here and how incredible it was to have Zoe, our day of coordinator, going above and beyond. They are truly professional and know how to care for you, your family and all your guests! As a planner, and after putting a lot of work into our wedding, it was such a relief to be able to just enjoy the day feeling great in the Caswell teams hands. Oh and all our guests have told us how the Caswell kitchen served the best wedding food they've ever had! The list goes on- you won't regret booking CaswellMy husband and I were married here in February 2025 and Caswell made our day all we dreamed of! Caswell House is a gorgeous collection of country barns nestled in the breathtaking Cotswolds. We had a Christmas themed wedding in December and the staff made it the most perfect day ever. It was everything we dreamed of and more! They were so thoughtful in looking after everyone and even made sure that, as Bride and Groom, we got to taste the canapés after we finished our photoshoot and even delivered a tray of our wedding cakes and evening food to our honeymoon suite in case we hadn’t had chance to have any. Every detail was thought of and I can’t thank them enough for making our big day the most special day of our lives! Huge thanks to our wedding co-ordinator Anna. We had our wedding at Caswell House and couldn't have been happier! From first arriving to look around, we instantly knew it was the right venue for us. The staff were fantastic and we were very well looked after in the build up and on the day itself by Kirsten. The venue is just stunning and created a great backdrop for our day, with so many guests commenting on how beautiful it was. The 16 rooms were a huge bonus too, all of which were lovely. The day ran so seamlessly, which is all credit to Kirsten and her team, you are made to feel special here and they take great care of you, we cannot fault one thing and and are proud to have had our wedding at Caswell! We got married at Caswell House in May and it was amazing. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, the staff were brilliant and couldn’t do more for you and the accommodation was perfect for our closest family and friends to stay and extend the celebrations with us. We have had so many compliments from guests on what an amazing venue it was and would recommend it to everyone! We got married at Caswell House in May and it was amazing. The best day of my life The best day of my life
Our wedding at Caswell House was simply perfect and could not have been any better. We were anticipating that there would be little things that may not have gone to plan however, with the help of the amazing Caswell staff it all went perfectly. It is the most beautiful venue with all of our guests blown away by it and we loved all of the special touches for Christmas. Our wedding coordinator Zoe as well as the other staff were just amazing and did absolutely everything they could to make sure our day was exactly what we had imagined. They went above and beyond and we could honestly not recommend a better venue for a wedding. Our wedding at Caswell House was simply perfect and could not have been any better. Anna and the team at Caswell made our wedding day dreams come true. From the very first moment we viewed the venue we knew this was somewhere special. They were so attentive and nothing was ever too much. The final meeting was really in depth and they listened to what we wanted and helped us plan a timeline accordingly. Our day was so special and we would choose Caswell house for our celebrations over and over again. The venue its self is beyond beautiful with so much character and charm but modern facilities. The rooms are so comfortable and the venue has so much to offer. Our friends and family haven’t stopped talking about it. Our favourite spot is the private gardens and Cotswold stone barns. Something out of a fairytale! Anna and the team at Caswell made our wedding day dreams come true. From the very first moment we viewed the venue we knew this was somewhere special. We had the most fantastic day, Caswell was so beautiful without needing to add excessively to the decoration which allowed us to have a really clear vision for the wedding early on. The staff were amazing throughout and on the day made me feel so relaxed I was able to just enjoy the day and know that everything would run as planned. We also predominantly thier preferred suppliers and they were all amazing. Would recommend to anyone.
