Botleys Mansion is a grand Palladian wedding venue, just thirty minutes from London. Featuring sweeping grounds, a glass-roofed atrium, and seven sparkling chandeliers, it’s a setting that offers a picture-perfect backdrop for exclusive-use weddings that guests will remember forever.
Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a lavish celebration for up to 500, Botleys Mansion blends timeless elegance with modern comfort.
The Setting
At Botleys Mansion, the entire house and gardens are yours alone for the entire day and night of your wedding.
Choose a ceremony setting that feels right just for you from a variety of licensed spaces. The Green Room offers a romantic, intimate atmosphere with soft pastel décor and golden chandeliers, accommodating up to 130. For larger celebrations, the glass-roofed Atrium, complete with a striking staircase and seven glittering chandeliers, can host up to 288 for your ceremony and 500 for your evening party. If you’ve always dreamed of marrying outdoors, ceremonies are held on the Mansion Lawn with the Palladian architecture as your stunning backdrop.
Capacity & Accommodation
Botleys Mansion welcomes 50 to 288 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast, with evening celebrations of up to 500.
After the last dance, the newlyweds can retire to the luxurious Botleys Suite, while family and friends stay in one of 12 beautifully guest bedrooms. The following morning, gather in the Dining Room for a relaxed breakfast, a perfect way to reminisce the special moments from the day before.
Harper Kitchens
Exceptional food is at the heart of celebrations at Botleys Mansion. Harper Kitchens is led by Executive Chef Lionel Jouanet, who previously worked at The Dorchester, creating menus with a focus on flavour and seasonality. We work with trusted suppliers who share our focus on quality and provenance – local family butchers, artisan smokehouses, seasonal produce – to create generous, flavourful dishes that people remember long after the day.

This is really difficult as all of the weddings at Botleys Mansion are so different so totally amazing and unique. Weddings that have quirky entertainment such as singing waiters are always really fun!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't settle on a wedding venue - keep searching until you feel the setting, style and standards are perfect.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
We love when couples add a personal touch to their day. Recently, a couple ordered mini laser-cut place card decorations of Botleys Mansion with the names of their guests engraved on them. Fantastic touch!

What’s your favourite canapé?
Our Wagyu sliders with tomato relish and smoked cheddar are quite delicious.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
A marshmallow dipped in to our chocolate fountain is seriously indulgent!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our WOW factor is the reveal of our glass-roofed Atrium. The photographs we have just don't do this impressive room justice. Come and visit us to see it for yourselves.
