The perfect place for both your ceremony and reception if you are looking for a low key, truly organic wedding with seasonal local food, a relaxed and informal atmosphere and friendly staff. For the ceremony itself chose the Terrace Arbour or for the wild at heart, our open fronted hut in the Magical Glade, far from civilisation, with a tractor and trailer to transport your guests a mile deep into the farm... A blessing and toasts too if you prefer them outside, at the Stone Circle or in the woods and the Green Room, with private terrace (and a rain day ceremony alternative) to eat and dance in. Flowers will come from our beautiful cutting garden (a perfect spot for summer pictures), picked the day before. Food is at the heart of what we do and much is from right here on the farm...vegetables, fruit, herbs, wheat, milk, yoghurt, cream, cheese and meat. A well stocked bar including the local Stroud Brewery and Dunkertons cider from just up the road. As we are passionate about all things non chemical and have organic certification at our farm, shop and cafe we only offer an in-house package, with nothing brought in from outside. Please kindly note there is no flexibility on this. For the carbon footprint conscious you will feel at home here as we strive to lower our footprint and live more lightly on the earth every day.
