Hi Rachel, I just wanted to get in touch and say we absolutely LOVE our photos and we again can not thank you enough! You were so great to have there on our day, made us feel relaxed and able to just be ourselves which I think you have captured in all our couples photos and we couldn't be happier! All of the photos are amazing and so happy we have such great photos to remember and share our special day. I hope you know how great a photographer you are and such a lovely person. Rachel was my wedding photographer and was so professional. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was very understanding of a chaotic day. My photos are unbelievable, they are like something from a magazine shoot and way better than I could’ve ever imagined.

What can i say Rachel was amazing from the very first time I met her at Hamilton Race Course she was so easy to chat with and very professional. During our first consultation she came to our house and showed us all her amazing work she was prompt at answering the 1million questions i had and when the dreaded pandemic hit Rachel was amazing and worked with us rearranging our date. On the day of the wedding you wouldn't even know she was there she fitted in with the quest and captured some amazing photos. Rachel was so helpful at removing things from the photos that I asked and kept in contact with me on the process of the album which is absolutely stunning we opted for the biggest option and so glad that we did or we would have had a very difficult decision on our hands. We booked Rachel Ross for our wedding in May. After looking at many photographers I contacted Rachel through her online contact form, Rachel was the first photographer to contact me and discuss everything over the phone & book us in for a consultation. Met Rachel for our consultation, she was lovely down to earth & very professional. we discussed we didn’t want staged photos. Rachel discussed the way she take her photos. We booked Rachel and she kept in touch all the way up the wedding any questions she replied straight away. Rachel turned up on the wedding morning her personality just put everyone at ease, you totally forgot she was taken photos of everyone. The hole day she was amazing, getting everyone together for photos, and her ideas of where to take the best ones. We got the photos back and we love them all! After having a bad experience with another photographer we were nervous about booking our wedding photographer, however, as soon as we went to Rachel’s studio she put our fears to rest. Rachel was our wedding photographer back in July last year (and we’ve been meaning to leave a review ever since). We can honestly say we were delighted with every aspect of her service in the build up to, during and following the wedding. She created a relaxed atmosphere during even the more posed shots which we’d both been a bit apprehensive about finding awkward but it wasn’t at all. The turnaround for getting the photos back was so quick that we were able to enjoy looking through them on the last day of our honeymoon. Every photo was edited to the highest quality and were all vibrant and bright which was exactly what we were looking for. We’d chosen one of the album packages and found the process for creating this to be very straightforward with Rachel’s guidance, the album itself is beautiful, finished to a high standard, and will serve as a lovely memory of our special day for years to come. All in all our experience with Rachel was first rate and we’d both wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.
