What is your most memorable wedding?
Being booked to go out to Lake Garda for a wedding & spending 5 days with the couple & their families, I felt like one of the family & the wedding was amazing, in a castle on Lake Garda. Such a beautiful place for a destination wedding. It meant alot to get chosen as the brides parents actually run a wedding hotel & have seen hundreds of photographers at their venue, so to get chosen for their daughters wedding was lovely.

What about your business are you most proud of?
My dedication, I had wedding the day my son was born I was there for the birth & then traveled 100+ miles to be at the wedding on time,
As much as I wanted to be with my wife & new son, I couldn't let my couple down. I have never cancelled or missed a wedding to date.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Do your research on suppliers & get recommendations from friends, other suppliers & even your venue. There are way too many people in the wedding industry who do it for a quick buck, when really you want someone who loves what they do & is passionate about your wedding.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
The Groom who catered the whole wedding, from canapes, warm cider, the wedding breakfast, the cake & the evening buffet. Although he didn't serve it, he had spent many hours getting it all ready.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
From start to finish I will become your friend, from our first consultation right through the wedding day I will be there as your photographer but also as a helping hand to make sure things run smoothly.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
The Bride & Groom Portraits, it's your wedding day so make sure you give enough time to get the special photos of just the two of you.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Make sure when you book your venue that they have space for photos if it's raining, they will of had rainy weddings so ask your coordinator what the plan would be. Or if you don't mind the rain bring the wellies & umbrellas & lets get some awesome photos in the rain :-)
Describe how you got into photography.
From an early age I always had a camera & just loved getting out & about with it, I got into weddings by a friend asking me if I could do it, it took me another 10 years before I turned it into a profession, I waited until I was ready, had the right equipment & had the confidence needed to be a wedding photographer.
